course had seven holes closed due to heavy rains course is in terrible shape
It had rained the day before and upon paying in the pro shop, I find out that only holes 1-8 and 17 were available to play. We had to play those holes twice and they were in brutal shape from the rain. I understand weather happens but I played half the course in horrible shape for full price.

Greens
Love this course. From last time to this time greens have suffered. But overall good course with good changes in elevation especially for Florida.
Nice course, but…
We liked the golf course, but it has poor drainage and the greens are in bad shape from #1-16. The restaurant is top notch, from the service to the food!

Garbage
The staff acts like its best there is, and its def not.pace of play sun thru sun 7am to 7pm .it dsnt matter its always wait an hit ur shot.they overbook constantly an the greens which were the main reason i used to love magnolia are now as bad if not worse then anyone else.mainly pace of play is horrid there,but then what used to be my fav staff less n less friendly an now the greens are gone.if u want a 5 hour round at 5pm or 7am then spend ur 40 bucks here.i think i am offically done with magnolia point

Disappointing
Greens were terrible. Hardly any grass on the greens, mostly dirt and mud.

Everything but the greens
Really like this course. The only negative is the greens. They are slow, real slow and are not in good shape. Bumpy and in some instances exhibiting some bare spots. The course deserves good greens.

BEST VALUE. THE GREEN ARE IN GREAT SHAPE BUT CAN BE FASTER.
The staff at magnolia are super nice. The course is in great condition but the greens are a little bit slow. Lay-out is great and the phase of play is great, we finished in less than four hours. Best value in the area.
