About
Redland Golf & Country Club hosts numerous events each year, including the Homestead Amateur Golf Classic. The course has been a popular event venue since opening in 1947. The versatile layout is perfect for tournaments since it combines challenging holes with player-friendly features. The diverse sets of tees also add to the course's versatility. The back tees are a formidable test for seasoned golfers. Long, straight shots will be rewarded though if your shots are slightly errant, the golf course is still quite forgiving. The greens are small but they provide enough room to hit. It is tough at times and depending on the wind, it can be even more challenging. In addition to the golf course, Redland claims to have the best driving rang in south Florida.

Golf course
This course is very forgiving. What makes his course difficult are the greens? They’re very small with a lot of runoff very challenging.
Very enjoyable
We played our first and definitely not our last round there. Loved the staff, Mike the ranger was delightful...very helpful.
Getting better
They’ve done a lot of work here in recent years. Greens are pretty good. Best opportunity for improvement now is the tee boxes. Many are ‘humped’ so it can be hard to find a flat surface for driving.
Good value
Played in Feb. 2024. Booked on GolfNow and it a good rate $50.00. Better than average course conditions. Staff very friendly. Clubhouse a bit run down. Greens were in good shape but hard and fast.
Fairly wide and eat layout with very few forced carries.

The course condition was poor. The golf clothing ethics were not respected. We played with some one with jeans on. Too much drive for a lower than average course

Very good value for money (usd 48 / player), greens have pitches but overall ok.
Quite easy to play for a beginner, not too easy for better players either. We had a great time !

Overall is ok, you definitely need a ranger. Once in a while lately they have one but he goes around with his clubs playing

Great experience
Well run establishment with familiar and friendly staff. The start is a sweet woman who knows what she’s doing and spaces out people perfectly so there’s never a backup on hole one. Maybe just the people teeing off and 1 cart for the next group. Very organized. The course is great with the greens overall being 85% in good shape and the other 15% is minor sand patches and then some people from out of town walking around the green without regard for keeping it nice for the people to come after. Essentially, if it’s within this staff’s control, they don’t let your experience be hampered. Great cart servic and the restaurants food is amazing. The staff at the restaurant is friendly and efficient. Love this place and if you eat there, get the buffalo chicken wrap with everything on it with seasoned fries and an order of onion rings…. WOW!
Enjoyable!!
Well maintained with some course damages. Greens are moderate and smooth. Play speed is preety fast. And the green fee is good. I'm satsfied.
