The Biltmore Golf Course

About
The Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables sits next to the beautiful hotel, an architectural masterpiece that was modeled after the Giralda Tower in Seville, Spain. Donald Ross designed the course in 1925 and the traditional layout has retained all of its original character. The golf course weaves through a series of canals that used to carry guests along in gondolas. The canals run alongside the lush fairways while towering banyan trees frame the elevated greens. Offering views of the historic hotel from nearly every hole, there are carts available but the golf course is worth the walk. The layout is popular not only for its historic scenery and verdant setting, but also for its playability. Over the years the Biltmore has been host to a number of professional golfers and celebrities ranging from Babe Ruth to Tiger Woods.

Great outing in Miami
Outstanding weather, course in excellent shape and well mantained. All protective protocols in action, and a the greens were impecable.
Wonderful day at the course in Miami
Perfect weather and the course in excellent shape. Car path only made it a bit of a work out, but pleasant
Great all round conditions
The fairways were in great condition, the tee boxes were well grassed. The greens were a bit slower than usual especially for the time of year. Pace of play was excellent almost no waiting behind groups even with walkers in front of us. I would love to play here more often
Good test / fabulous Hotel
The 17th hole is a very good test of of shot making, a nice course Donald Ross design
Good but not great
Good course. For the price it can be maintained much better. I’ve played less expensive course that’s were maintained better.
Biltmore won’t disappoint !!
Very nice course since the renovation. Green are in perfect condition and the rest of the course was in good shape considering the amount of rain that the area has had.
Good practice area and range with Excellent teaching facilities
slow pace of Play
NO RANGERS ANYWHERE , IN CART GPS makes carts come to a crawl ,
Very Very Slow play, people taking 3-4 practice swings and hitting the ball 70 yards and then do it again
Biltmore
For the price you pay, I'd expect them to keep the pace of play a bit better. There were groups moving in and out of holes all over the place on a Saturday
Greens were in great shape.
Great Day!
A rain of approximately 35 minutes didn’t put a damper on a great round of golf. Great wide open course to play while on vacation.
Classic
The layout here is really solid. You must watch for fairway bunkers that, depending on which tees you play, will haunt you! Pace of play was perfect. The greens were slick with the grain and noticeably slower against, as it should be. They could've been a little better well maintained, but it's 105 every day here now, so they get a pass on this part. Bev guys were great. They brought me some food from the inside as I had not eaten and the heat was getting to me by the back 9. Price was a little inflated, but it's The Biltmore...will def come back and play again, yes, even in the hot Florida summer!
