Every bunker has weeds growing in them. The fairways is a collection of weeds and dirt. The greens are ate up. The rough is a safari. This place needs an owner who cares

Do not play this course. I don’t care what they’re charging it’s a wild overpay. The first sign of trouble was the driving range. Zero grass anywhere to be found. Unfortunately the fairways are also completely non existent. That isn’t an exaggeration, it’s literally just sand, dirt, and the occasional weed. The same can be said for what’s supposed to be the tee boxes. The greens are meh, but if all I can to do is putt, I should be playing minigolf. The “pro shop” also looks like it looted at some point and just never repaired? It is the only pro shop I have ever been in that didn’t have sleeves or 12packs of golf balls to buy. There was a cooler for drinks but that was seriously the only thing in the place. The only two positives are the layout (which would be really fun if you could actually hit the ball) and the pace of play (I was the only one stupid enough to be out there). For the love of all the good golf

in the world do not go here. Don’t let your friends go here. Don’t let your enemies go here. The course either needs new management, or to let nature reclaim the space and close shop immediately.

Pros. Staff was friendly, greens were not bad and ponds had water in them.

Cons tee boxes that are just dirt, I've seen better grass in cow pastures, traps have weeds growing in them and are do hard, from lack of raking, that I could putt out of them.

To bad that someone can't refurbish this Donald Ross designed course.

The tee boxes and fairways were in terrible condition. The greens was very good. Certainly not at all worth the $40.

On a two day golf trip and this was our first stop. In every aspect, this is easily one of the worst conditioned courses I have ever played. It is sad to see the great Donald Ross layout be so neglected, with every fairway consisting of weeds and dirt - mostly dirt. A first for us - after playing 3 holes we were on the phone trying to make a tee time elsewhere in the area. The one good experience on the course was successfully setting a tee time at a nearby course at which point we walked off Lake Wales. I also highly question the method used and integrity applied in the recommendation process deployed by GolfNow.

Greens don’t exist. Fairways don’t exist. Course layout good but I would not play there again

Front 9 Needs some TLC and rain back 9 nice shape greens were fast great value !

The course needs tlc. The greens are so so the fairways need grass

Horrible maintenance course was all torn up bathrooms were discussing and falling down

This course has a really nice layout and could be/probably was a beautiful course. It had the worst fairways I have ever hit off of. The greens weren’t much better with plenty of bare spots. Honestly, I drove 40 minutes to play here and I wouldn’t do it again if it were free.
