About
Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Fun executive course
Course is in good shape. Course is short yet challenging. Placement is key as hazards are present. GPS in carts are a plus. Overall good value

NEVER disppoints!
The Groves continues to be a top course that I enjoy playing! As a shorter hitter, I enjoy even from the tips being able to play less than driver! The greens and fairways are in tip top shape. The GPS carts are top notch. It's an executive course, but If you have not played here you are missing out!

Little course
Course is ok biggest complaint is the 18th hole no tee shot from the blue tees they need to redesign that hole

Busy
A busy course during cold months up north. Some days very few tee times. Hot days are the best time to play at this course or any course in Florida.

Nice Track
Course is in very good condition and is well manicured. Greens ran fast, but were consistent throughout.

If you need to work on your irons this is a good place to do so. Yardage variations will allow you to use a number of clubs. This time of the year with no Ranger will definitely test your patience.

Reliable
Been playing the Groves for years. We can usually depend on it to be in good shape and well maintained. They do need to be a little more careful not to book excessive outings thereby limiting Tee Times. Don't let those rates creep up either. Keep a Marshall to watch pace of play. Could use beverage carts.
