About
Designed by Joe Lee this 18-hole semi-private course has beautifully contoured wide fairways . Sparkling lakes are abundant and the bunkers are strategically positioned on the open fairways and around the greens.
The low-cut rough and tiered greens make it player-friendly and fun.

Great experience
I was late to my tee time but I called about 45 min prior. They were pleasant and rescheduled approximately an hour later. The greens were great. Definitely worth it!
aerations
9 days between rounds here, and the greens aerations from weeks back were still prevalent. All else was great, but puttting was precarious.
Very nice course
Everything went well we were even let out earlier than our teatime because it was a little slow that day.
after 4 years
My first round here since 05/2018. I still love the course layout. Fairways were great. Front nine greens still had some sand from recent aerations, though. Very friendly staff. It used to have summer rates for 34.95+ early, but those are gone, and it's all 54.95+ now.
Everything at the course was great
The course is in great condition, bag drop and restaurant was very accommodating.
Need to enforce the pace of play!
All in all the course was nice and the staff was friendly. But I had a 9:33am tee time and we didn't actually tee off until over 20 minutes after that, then the round took over 5 hours! Their score card says pace should be 4 hours 16 minutes, so while I should have been off the course around 1:50pm it was closer to 3!

Very well maintained course it has that old time charm staff was very direct and helpful. Nice to see cart staff for beverages is still important here at Winston trails. The course was in great shape and as we all know in Florida there is always a chance of afternoon stoma but this course is so that the water was off in no time and your off again. Definitely one of my top 5 places to play.

Pro Shop Workers
Course is good, actually pretty challenging since there isn't really any room to have a bad miss. Conditions during winter are great, in the summer it can be a little beat up but still fine. I play here almost every other day I would say or any opportunity I'm free. One thing that annoys me about this place is the pro shop workers (not the cart attendants & girls, they are all friendly). They are always super rude, and snappy and I know everyone who works there. A guy named "Michael" today snapped at me when trying to get a round when I was being as friendly as possible, and it really rubbed me the wrong way considering I come out so many times a year. But, this isn't the first time something like this happened with one of these pro shop workers here. A friend doesn't even play here anymore because of them. If there was one extreme negative it's definitely them giving the course a really bad image.
This course for me is challenging, but I played great for the first time playing this course and I want to come back and play it again.
Super friendly course
The staff was amazing and they have an extensive pro shop. Everything anyone might need. The restaurant was closed when we got done but it looked very attractive.The course had a very comfortable and welcoming feeling.
