About
Designed by Joe Lee this 18-hole semi-private course has beautifully contoured wide fairways . Sparkling lakes are abundant and the bunkers are strategically positioned on the open fairways and around the greens.
The low-cut rough and tiered greens make it player-friendly and fun.

Golfer Reviews
Worth a Visit
Thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. Played on a Monday morning & our pace of play was 4 hours. The course was in very good condition. Some work needed on tee boxes. They were adding a ton of new sand to a few bunkers, so watch out! The practice green was large and spacious. An area needing improvement in the range area, there's no way you can insert a tee for driver practice. You do hit off mats, buts that's not an issue for irons or fairway woods. Pro shop well supplied. Golf cart young lady friendly, as well as, starter and end of round player assistant. Will visit again.
Great Track
Really fun track with a few real challenging holes. Course was in great shape. We’ll be back!
Winston Trails really gone to the dogs
I really used to enjoy Winston Trails Golf Club but it has gone completely downhill over the last year or so. The greens used to be so nice but the course management has just completely let them go. The overall course conditions are terrible now with no sign of any improvement. With so many options available now in the area I would recommend looking elsewhere for tee times.
Great layiut
Playing fro blacks and driving about 210+ Plays long. Challenging but fun. Very good shape. Greens some minor bumps from aerification a few weeks ago. Excellent practice facility
First time - Good for Summer will be back
Booked the day before our tee time. Tropical storm Fred missed and there was openings everywhere. First time at the course, greens were okay, were punched within the last few weeks. Rough was long and wet - not much they could do. Everything was in good shape overall for August in Florida.
Fun layout. Nothing too challenging and the course is forgiving. Friendly year round rates, staff was friendly, and so were the patrons we interacted with. Good experience, we will be back!
Great place for during week - AVOID WEEKENDS!
I like Winston Trails during the week. Nice course for its price range. Definitely stay away on the weekends. They crammed in the golfers and we had to wait on every hole. M- Th great value!
Disappointed
Called on Monday to set up tee time, asked how the greens are, was told “great”. Show up Thursday, greens were awful. Cut up, sandy and black lines of dirt on every green. Drove an hour to play with friends for that.
First time - will be back
Live in North Broward. The Palm beach area continues to deliver on better quality of courses and value for the money. I’ll drive 25 minutes to play here and pay half the price anytime as the courses in Broward county. The greens were punched a few weeks ago, some are in better shape than others. But the course is in great shape and has a fun layout. Staff is friendly, welcoming patrons/regulars. It’s nice to play a semi private course that is down to earth and not stuffy, or trying to be. Great vibe, we’ll be back!
Enjoyable & Challenging
This is a challenging course. Played the white tees & the par fours felt like they could play as par 5s! Lots of par 4s on this course fyi.
Great place & friendly staff, low key.
The only reason I gave it 4 not 5 stars is I feel the greens could be in better condition. As putting I feel is the best part of my game I rely on courses that have maintained greens.
Otherwise no complaints.
