Disregard all bad ratings. This course had a great layout and everything was good except one tee box and one green that was patched. Best I have played so far.

Really coming alive!

One of my favorite courses in the area! It’s really coming alive and looking great. The greens were a little slower than usual but they look great. I do wish that they would open the number 16 green soon because it’s been a temporary green for several months now. They have raised the price and now are charging $5 for a small bucket of range balls as well, smh.

Great Course/Value

Greens are in very nice shape. Better than Bay Point and SanDestin courses. Fairways are coming in and bunkers are pretty good. Practice facilities are nice and chipping area really helps. We drive from Inlet Beach to play here because the Destin courses are crowded, lack attention, and take well over 4 hours to finish. Pace of play at Rocky is never a problem and a joy to play.

Not as advertised

Played this course while in Destin on vacation and had high hopes for a nice course for the price of $65. The fairways were like rough but cut short and the greens were full of little weed spots. We asked at the pro shop before tee off on the condition of the course and was informed it was in excellent condition. Will not recommend this course as one to play.

Takes its toll

Short 18 hole course. Good greens, fairly good fare ways, no GPS on the carts. If your traveling from the ocean side like I was then, you will be hit with a bridge toll of $8.00 in cash and drive thru license plate toll that I will get in the mail.
