About
The Poinciana Golf Club has recently re-opened under NEW MANAGEMENT and has done extensive renovations to the golf course including NEW GREENS.
Located in western Lake Worth, Poinciana Country Club is one of several great short courses that south Florida has to offer. At just over 4,000 yards, it is a quick and challenging test of your target golf skills. The greens are small with large breaks and there are swaying palms lining the fairways. The layout consists of par 3s that range from 103 to 172 yards and par 4s that are approximately 300 yards. There are strategically placed hazards throughout the golf course that offer good short game practice for more advanced players. Poinciana Country Club can conveniently be played in less than four hours. The golf course is still gentle enough for beginners though. It is popular amongst locals but still a well kept secret from the rest of south Florida.

Great day for golf
Always is nice to play a round of golf here. The staff is friendly and the course is in good conditions. The greens and fairways are well maintained. Will play again here.
Nothing to write home about
The course was not in good condition. Lots of weeds in the fairways and the turf was thin and bare in spots. Greens were fast but just average. It isn’t worth more than $50
A Little Less than Good
Course was in ok, condition only. Fairways were fairly thin in many areas. This course will probably play better when the weather gets a bit better, but today it was a bit dissappointing.
What a great course!
We found this course be in amazing shape and the pace of play was awesome. The greens were in exceptional sharpe. Some fun challenges with the water but nothing to hard! We plan on playing this course again soon. Great value for the cost!

Great course
I loved this course from start to finish. Definitely a relaxing feel to it, don't feel as rushed when playing. Im not a crazy experienced golfer, but I think this course helped me to learn strengths and weakness to sharpen my game. Staff was very eager to help and kept everything up to a good standard. I would definitely come back
Great course, even better staff
Played this course a few times now and you can tell their really re-investing into the course how they should be. Conditions improve every time I play and the staff continues to be helpful and courteous. Course offers some great hole layouts and challenging shots off the tee and approach to green. Greens roll true and its overall a fun course to play. Will continue to comeback here, the value can't be beat.
Preferred Place to Play
As a senior, this course is just the right length. Takes about 3 hours to play. Hate the water holes, but that's just me
Great For YourShortGame
Poinciana Is it good stop off to work on your short game or just bat the ball around for fun with family. Staff is great and the course layout is nice However however The fairways and tee boxes could use some work. Had a fun time.
Fun Little Track
Nice layout, a few long holes. Great to practice your short game. Course could use some attention, but was playable.
Great time
Four of us fist time here had a great time. Good conditions, great greens and staff. All around fun and worth the trip. Most inexpensive round of golf in palm beach county. We will be back.
Challenging Goff course for my level of play
The course is well maintained and managed. Considering the high green fees and the high cost of playing golf this time of year in Palm Beach County, Poinciana Golf Course is an affordable option.
The golf course offers a sufficient challenge for my level of play, imploring a variety of hazards as a challenge for the players.
I look forward to returning to play at Poinciana Golf Course on a continuing basis.
Short by challenging
Course in decent shape. Although a shorter course you still get to use your driver and 3 on a few holes. Has some water hazards
We can walk,
the rate must be different when we walk and if don't use cart. Unfortunately it's the same price.to walk or use cart.
