About
The Poinciana Golf Club has recently re-opened under NEW MANAGEMENT and has done extensive renovations to the golf course including NEW GREENS.
Located in western Lake Worth, Poinciana Country Club is one of several great short courses that south Florida has to offer. At just over 4,000 yards, it is a quick and challenging test of your target golf skills. The greens are small with large breaks and there are swaying palms lining the fairways. The layout consists of par 3s that range from 103 to 172 yards and par 4s that are approximately 300 yards. There are strategically placed hazards throughout the golf course that offer good short game practice for more advanced players. Poinciana Country Club can conveniently be played in less than four hours. The golf course is still gentle enough for beginners though. It is popular amongst locals but still a well kept secret from the rest of south Florida.

Conditions of fairways- very dry. lack of water
Adequate conditions and course layout for golfer of my level.

Hidden gem! Great course for practice and improving your game. Highly recommend for any casual golfer.

Love this place. Always a good time here. Greens in great shape and fun to play target golf. Definitely worth a play.
Not worth it
Fairways terrible,tee boxes even worse. Greens were good but cups were beat up. Even at 50$, not a good course.
Great Greens
Some of the best greens I’ve played on this year. Target golf at its best. Greens are true and very small. It’s not Augusta but very playable. We will definately make this a regular stop.
Big Bang for Your Buck!
So much fun. Our foursome was pleasantly surprised at how good of a layout it is, very well designed. Lots of water winding through the course and sand traps well placed. Conditions are very playable, tees and fairways a little beat up but not bad at all. GREENS ARE GREAT! we will definitely be back and the price is right.
disappointed
The course was in very rough shape. The starters hurried people onto the course causing a bottleneck of 3 four balls and a gap behind them. The cart was belching exhaust and had seen its better day. Won't be coming back
Good for the price
The course is a good challenge even if not very long. Greens were good. Fairways decent. The tee boxes not so good for several of them. But the cost was worth it. Not too expensive.
A must round
friendly and accommodating staff right from the beginning .

Great Quality Course
The course was great and enjoyable. It is extremely well taken care of and the staff cannot be more helpful, thank you so much for a great time !
Fun time
Our group had a great time. Course was better then expected. Fairways and tees a little thin but very playable. Green were in great shape and rolled well. A good mix of holes and fun for all skill levels. We will be back
Goat track
No way that anyone says the greens are good. I hate to be really negative but this course is pitiful….would be better if they just let the grass grow and stopped playing golf. No way this course can afford to operate much longer.

Fairways unpredictable greens very fast.. it was a lot of fun bring your A game
Friendly, short, slow
First time playing. The staff is incredibly nice. 2nd tee-time off this AM. Waited on every tee box. Waited on every fairway. Miserable. 1 foursome in front of us that simply took forever to do anything. Left their carts parked in front of the greens so even when they putted out they were still in the way. Terrible group. No clue about golf etiquette. The course was pretty, the fairways and traps were well maintained. The greens were very nice and rolled true. The length was tough. I used my Driver and nothing longer than a 9 iron all day.
Enjoy for your first game of the season.
The course was not what we expected. It was dry and had a lot of burned patches. The greens were in great shape tho.
