eglin falcon course
Course was challenging and fun. Staff was confused trying to find my golfnow tee time, rate, etc. Also, staff was moderately friendly, but not outgoing in any way.
Many elevation changes, some holes had hazards that had to be cleared. Fun, but challenging course
This was a busy Saturday, but the pace of play was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. would play this course again.

A challenge
This course is quite a challenge for a Florida course. It is very hilly and many of the holes have you hitting blind from the tee box. Many of the fairways slope in either direction making even a good golfer be very precise in their landing zones. When you haven't played the course before and having so many blind holes, you often find yourself playing from a disadvantage. The greens are also a challenge... Pin placement required you to again be very precise on where your ball landed. Being an average golfer, this is not top of your skill set. I would like to see the course later in the year and play it several times to give it a better rating. From the white tees, unless you can hit the ball 220+ yards, your second shot on many of the par 4 and 5 holes left you still blind.
Staff where excellent and most accommodating.
