The course was very well maintained and the outside staff was cordial. Pace of play on the back nine was horrendous. I spoke to a marshall on the 12th hole and was told there was nothing he could do because the club pro was playing in a weekly skins game two groups in front of us. Unexceptable in my view. There was some bad weather in the area when we checked in and the lady in the pro shop told us if it rained, I would have to contact Golfnow for a raincheck because the course didn't make any money off of these deals. Really?? Long story short, course was great but not very accommodating to Golfnow patrons.

We have always enjoyed playing this course. The fairways are in great shape, the greens are true and a good size, and the selection of tee boxes give even the "bogie" golfer a chance to really enjoy the round. The only qualm I have is that some of the tee boxes are slightly mounded giving the golfer a uphill or downhill lie on the tee shot. There are enough traps and bunkers to make a person have to scramble a bit and the water is there but shouldn't be a hazard if you play the correct shot. Overall, a great place to enjoy a day of golf.

I play Stone Creek a lot, and the course is always in great shape, the staff is very friendly, the price is right, and the greens are the best around. I've played most of the courses in the county, and the greens at Stone Creek are without doubt the best maintained and cared for anywhere around. Fairways are always in good shape, and the rough is playable too. After your round, you can enjoy the "golfer's special," burger, fries and a beer for about $8.

The greens and fairways are in excellent condition. The greens were fast and consistent. Friendly staff and they made sure you had plenty of water.

The course gets backed up a lot and the ranger doesn't really do his job sometimes. Usually you have to call the club house to get him instead of him being out there already like most rangers are. Holes are usually backed up and sometimes have to wait 10-15 min each hole before you can hit and it can affect peoples game. I suggest you play with 4 people because if you play with any less than you will usually be waiting and will finish your round in 5 hours (unless you go on a slow day). Other than the slow play, the course is one of the best.

This is the first time we have played Stone Creek but were very favorably impressed by the course condition. Greens still a little bumpie from airation but still enjoyed it. We thought the back nine had more character but we all thourghly enjoy the outing. Will difinately be back

The greens were still very bumpy from aeration. the fairways were cut way short-hard to hit with a fairway wood. All the staff on the course were very friendly & helpful. There was not much grass on the rough & the fringe around the greens was very short & bumpy.

It was our first time playing here but it is a new favorite. Playing in 4 hours on a Saturday morning was an unexpected plus. The course layout and conditions were great. Not exceptionally difficult. Wide fairways and not much water in play makes for a fun time and a good score. It is a great value.

This course normally has great greens but they had punched them 2 weeks ago and they were still bumpy plus this was not noted when I purchased the tee time from Golf Now. Wait a couple of weeks before you go. Golf Now should let the player know if conditions are not as usual.

We really like this track. Unfortunately, we didn't know that the punched and repunched the greens about 10 days ago and even with the rain, they were terrible. I had a putt roll about 14 inches and then jumped 45 degrees to the right when it hit the roll bump. Wait another couple of weeks or so for the grass to grow in and this will be a great place to go.

Nice course. Challenging with very good practice area. Would definitely go back. No complaints. Greens had bee aerated but they still ran true and fast. Good all around day except my score. Dave

We booked this course last minute when returning home from Orlando. It turned out to be an exceptional value! Highly recommended.

Course was in excellent condition. Greens were super fast.
