One of My Favorites
one of my favorite courses in the area. Always plays top notch and everyone friendly. For the cost it is definitely worth it.
Great course
The course is great. Set up into 3 9hole courses. We played the oaks and marsh courses. Great layout, lots of undulation and greens were in perfect shape. Would definitely recommend this course and will definitely play here again.
Nice Course
Liked it good place , Very good condition, staff friendly and attentive
Cart issues
Good course not happy the cart died on the 10th hole and after 2 phone calls and 1/2 hour our playing partners went back to the pro shop and got someone to come out . Seriously 1/2 hour to go to the first hole on the back nine Poor service
Very very slow, because of women playing in front of us!
Pace of play was a Desaster!!

A great classic Arthur Hills Florida golf course
This course offers 3 9 hole classic Arthur Hills design. The greens are classic Bermuda. Even though they can Be very slow going into the grain they offer a challenge to those who do not understand how Bermuda greens can put. Overall it is a fun course with a number of easier holes and difficult holles.

Pace of play
Course was fantastic, however the experience was ruined by lack of effectiveness marshaling to control the pace of play, golf is not enjoyable when it’s played in 4 3/4 hours…backup was on the whole course not the foursome in front of us.

The pace of play is a concern, for our round they dis not manage the turn at the 9 hole mark well. The front 9 was fine but when we arrived at #10 we had 2 groups ahead of us. the back nine took over 2.5 hours to play.

Way too wet
Why was Heron Creek so wet when hadn’t rained in days? Oaks #3, 7, 8, and 9 so wet. Marsh # 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9 so sad.. Keeping golf courses saturated not good for playing on.. Will eventually turn people off.. Just my opinion!

A good walk unspoiled
Course was in great shape. Fairways and greens were excellent. Tees were in good shape. Traps well maintained.
Greens held shots and rolled true. Putted a little slow but it was afternoon and my home course greens are wicked fast.
These tracks are a good challenge. Loads of fun.
And at 50 bucks for 18 with cart, range balls and tees a good value. I played last week on two courses in Vegas that set me back a good bit more than Heron Creek and they were only marginally better. Actually one was outstanding and top ten golf experience and the other not so much.
Staff were all courteous and helpful.
I’ll be going back to Heron Creek for sure
