This is a must play golf course. For anyone you will be tested. Fair but very challenging. NOT your typical Florida course. Fantastic elevation changes, water, perfect layout, great shape. Loved it here. I'll be back.

Heron

Not your typical flat Florida course. Undulating fairways and greens makes this a challenge! The day I played however, the pin placement was cruel 🙂 It seemed that everyone was placed on a slope like Sunday on the PGA Tour! Overall this is a very good course!

6 hour rounds

Ladies tournament forced 35 minute wait on tee time. Then 5:45 minute round, finished in the dark. No rangers speeding up play. Come on Man! Move groups along, you loose interest if you have to wait for 2 foursomes on every hole. fix It !

Excellent Golf Course

The real deal Heron Creek Golf and Country Club! Too many good things to say! Most important to myself was tee boxes, fareways, and greens were in excellent conditions. The scenery of the course is beautiful. The course layouts, as there is 3-9hole courses ( oak, creek, marsh) is intimidating, challenging, yet lots of fun! Bring lots of golf balls just incase, will come back!

Great layout. Greens should be consistent

I enjoyed my day at this golf course. It was manicured and was meticulously done. My only complaint was that the greens weren’t fast and very inconsistent. Going forward, if they improve on the greens, this is definitely a 5 star course.
