Bluewater Bay Resort - Marsh Course

Liked the green fairways and greens.

Challenging course layout and somewhat narrow fairways. Played in 31/2 hours.

Start is a long distance from clubhouse and don’t recommend trying to walk.

Overall, a pleasant experience.

The course doesn’t drain well in places after rain. The greens were in decent shape but slow. The course is not marked well at all so you definitely need to have some type of range finder to know your distance. Clubhouse bar/restaurant wasn’t open on the day I played. Wanted to get a vodka OJ but that wasn’t an option.

Played a couple years ago and it was in horrible shape. This year heard it was improved and it was. Would return.

Not a great conditioned course but good value for the money

I read some of the rating that gave it a bad rating and totally disagree . For the dollar it is very good product. The greens are in good condition, fairways ok and sand traps very good. If you are a8 handicap or lower don’t play it it is to short for you even from the tips. A handicap higher then an eight will like it. Had a good time playing

There are a couple of greens not in great shape but overall the course was in good shape. The star rating and previous reviews had me nervous but they really have done a good job of getting the course in shape.

Not a fan of the two nines starting several minutes from clubhouse. There was no cart girl on the course on Monday and it was a real pain to get to clubhouse for snacks and bathroom between nines.

Nice staff. Conditions were OK; played worse.

Won't come back due to the very slow play.

Even saw 4 carts playing one hole.

Play was very slow. Course needs some maintenance. Some grains were good. Some greens were bad. Some fairways were good and some fairways were terrible. We even saw an eighth out there Probably will not return to play that course

BWB is making a comeback, course is getting better, the greens are very true and roll nicely. The day we played was extremely cold and windy so we played at our own pace which was great. A couple holes still need some TLC but overall a lot of good holes with a sold nine holes of golf on the Bay Course, a very good value for the money. Would recommend

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the course was. Much better value than the courses closer to Miramar Beach. You’ll enjoy this course but look out for the teeny, tiny greens!
