Bluewater Bay Resort - Marsh Course

The course was in pretty fair shape for the time of year. It was significantly better than the last time I played. It was cart path only; although, I don't think that was necessary. I do understand that some people don't pay attention to low spots, but to cross 90 degrees and return would have made it less time consuming.

Course was in overall fair condition, tee boxes needed work. Also difficult to find your way around, not enough signage on the Marsh nine to get you around or back to the clubhouse.

Only 2 of the three courses are functional, lake course is not being used. Overbooked, 3 and 4 groups stacked up at tee boxes,no clear signage on getting from one course, front nine to next course which is back nine. Dangerous getting btwn courses on highway.

We took 5 hours to play 18 holes,

We became lost between the Bay front nine and the Marsh back nine. Had to ask people on the street for help.

They need to do a better job with signage.

Played the course for first time today. Great value, condition were good, bunker sand was excellent!

Signature holes had stunning views of the bay.

Very few on course but weather was good. Course was in fair condition for the winter months. Greens and Tees are looking better than last year at this time. Price was good and my wife and I enjoyed the day .

Remember playing here a long time ago and it was the premier golf course in the area. They have changed from 36 holes to 18 and they need to call it a day. Unfortunately the place has turned into a disaster and no deal is worth playing here.

Course was a lot of fun. Conditions were great, warm and slight breeze, but cloudy. Course conditions could have been a little better, but at this time of year yellowish grass is to be expected.. Really want to play it again.

First time golfing this year. Had more than a little rust to wear off. We are from the midwest and have been coming down to the panhandle area the past four years. We have golfed this course five or six times. The Lakes portion of the course in no longer open. We played the Bay and Marsh sections. We love their lay out. The course was in average condition. We finished our round in 3.5 hours. Staff were very friendly. Will play this course again.

For the price Blue Water Bay is not worth the money. This course closed one of it's 4-9 hole courses a while back leaving 3-9 hole courses open. It now appears as though they plan on closing 1 or 2 more of the 3 remaining courses as they are not maintaining any of the remaining courses. Most of the greens have many large bare spots on them and many fairways are either very weedy or also have large patches of bare spots. It almost appears as though they have fired their greens keepers. In this area with so many good golf courses I would definitely say look elsewhere to get in a good round of golf for your money.

Used to be a really nice 27 hole course. Now it's down to 18 and in poor shape. Tee boxes are like cow pastures and fairways are so-so. Greens are ok. Can't see it lasting much longer if they don't get on the ball.

What used to be a premier course in the area has really gone downhill in recent years.

Superb hospitality beautiful picturesque best most beautiful course I ever played at. Can’t say enough. I always play new courses. Will always play here when I come to Florida
