Bluewater Bay Resort - Marsh Course

Great course with some tough holes and some amazing views!

Like the meandering course thru the housing, nice views. Course in particular tee blocks need tlc. Enjoy playing here. Thanks

Second time playing. Able to improve my game (beginner) and enjoy course layout thru some really nice homes. Looking forward to playing again

Please save your money, this course is in terrible shape and is not worth the time or money to play.

We originally booked 9 holes on golf now. We played so quickly on the first nine that we decided to play 9 more. When I went to pay, a gentleman named Fritz refunded my original 9 and rebooked us for 18 which saved us money and it included $10 drink vouchers. Fritz was extremely friendly as was the entire staff. The course was decent but a good value for the money.

Staff is professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. Drought right now but course is in great shape, highly recommend. From Indiana, I have no affiliation with anyone from the course.

Played Marsh and Bay winding thru established neighborhoods. Enjoyed the course as a novice player. Lots of tees under repair. Not a big deal for us. Will play here again and score better!

Tee boxes were not well maintained so first impressions are less than expected.

Blue Water Bay golf course was in absolutely terrible condition. I would never play there again. Awful overall condition, very disappointing.

Steadily going downhill for the last few years probably won’t play there again

Played the Bay and the Marsh. The Bay could use some work. The tee boxes were being worked on in spots, and instead of something mowed off to the side or in front, all the tees were forward. It made it feel like you weren't playing the course as you expected. The greens had some issues, but putted fairly true. The Marsh seemed in much better shape. The fairways were much nicer, and if I remember correctly all tee boxes were at their correct location and distance. Despite the conditions the staff was extremely friendly and we will be back if at all possible.

Both courses were in bad shape. The Marsh tee-boxes were not cut. Bay course tee boxes were in the fairway. I guess the tee boxes were under repair? The staff was very nice but the course needs better maintenance.

Friendly staff. Very helpful and easy to deal with. We booked the wrong day through the golf now app. Staff worked with us and was able to get us on the course since we were on vacation. We played a second day in a row and enjoyed the course. Fairways were good. Several tee blocks under repair which was nice to see. Clean course!

It was a record breaking temperature of 102. It was much appreciated that the staff drove out to the course to bring a cooler of ice water and provided towels to dip in the water to cook us down. We arrived early and they allowed us to tee off early. Clubhouse wasn’t open as it is being renovated however the beverage cart person had a great deal of subs, chips, cookie and drink. All staff was friendly and helpful. We booked thru Goff Now and received an excellent price.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The first nine was over grown and no signs to help players on the course. The second nine, was was being repaired and the tee boxes were pushed up and not mowed. The greens were in good condition. Fast pace of play,.
