Still Great After All These Years
My grandparents owned a townhouse in this development about 40 years ago and my brother and I spent a pretty decent amount of time there growing up. While it’s sad to see only one of the original 3 courses being used, it was a real treat to get to enjoy a round with my brother and nephew. The course itself is in pretty good condition and plays as well as any other “public” courses in the area. While there wasn’t a cart going around with snacks and beverages, there were plenty of water stations on the course to keep you hydrated. Would definitely recommend this course.
Very Solid Course
Staff was very welcoming of public player reservations. Course is in very good condition. Fairways very well manicured. Greens are tough!! Very fast! Golf cart fleet is very nice. No GPS but in great shape. Will definitely visit to play again!!
Great course!
My brother and I have played this course a couple of times and have really enjoyed it. It's in Fairly good shape, doesn't have too many hazards. It does have some challenging spots which makes it more fun. We personally did not see a cart person so we were a little parched considering that the westcourse does not come by the clubhouse after nine holes. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.
Slow Play issues
My wife and I were excited to play this course as she had never played it. We were paired with two gentlemen who were so slow it took 4.5 hours to play 15 holes, at which time we gave up as it was now 6 pm! We never once saw a ranger. I was thrilled GN offered members for a day at this country club, pace of play should have been better enforced! Course itself was in very good condition! Greens were receptive but fast! Fairways have tight lies so bring your “A” game, especially if chipping to the green. I would definitely return!
A Fountain of Fun
This is a great course. Member for a day privileges got me free range balls and a golf cart. The starter was friendly even though we were backed up - a very busy Sunday. The course layout is challenging but fair. Greens/fairways/bunkers all in excellent shape. Some tee boxes could use a little help. Carts were clean and worked well - although they lacked GPS. Bathrooms, water and ball cleaners on the course. Fully stocked pro shop. Simple - if you can find a tee time to this normally private club - grab it and enjoy.

the course is in excellent conditions and the staff friendly
Fast Greens
Played the West . Course was in good shape with decent fairways and fast healthy greens. The driving range (irons only ) and putting green was a nice addition. Starter was friendly. The cart return at end of round was not staffed.
