About
Heritage Isles is a scenic course that cut through native cypress heads and natural wetland areas. At 6,976 yards from the tips, it is one of the most demanding public golf courses in the Bay area. While water does come into play on all 18 holes the premium has been put on the short game. With large, meticulously maintained greens, those players who are handy on the putting surface should be able to shave a few strokes off their scores.

Very Slow pace of play
Thought by booking an early tee time that the pace would be better, that was incorrect. Beautiful course, nice greens. But watching people take time to fish balls out of the pond and not offer you to play through killed this round. 2.5 hours to play 9, had to bail on the other 9 holes
Greens were in good shape and fast
Overall the course is in good shape for this time of year. Would recommend to all.
Nice time
The course was in good shape. Some of the greens a little bumpy and hard. Fairways in the front are nice back they look nice but less grass but not bad. Pace of play was good. Got paired up with a couple. But she was really good. So that was a plus. Foot in the Resturant is awsome. Playing again next week.

Fairways were getting a little spotty but still a decent place to play golf.
Good deal
Wasn’t planning on a 5 hour round. Fortunately I had good company. Group of members in front of us had 3 holes open ahead. One went home off the 5th hole. They let us through then changed their mind a went ahead. Painful!!
Wait wait wait
As long as you don’t mind slow play, it’s a beautiful golf course & in great shape.
Greedy or Lack of Experience?
Had a 2:39 Tee time and was fully expecting for it to be a busy day for the course on a Friday afternoon. But wasn't expecting to an almost 5hr 30min round. Come to find out that I was following a tournament which was no big deal until I heard from one of the course employees that there were more golfers than they had holes to place them on. In fact one of the playing groups consisted of nine golfers. I really like the course as the conditions, layout, and staff are better than most courses in the area, but on this day I have to say they failed badly.
