The condition of the course was very good. They're still constructing the surroundings, otherwise it would be outstanding. The hard part is picking the proper tees for your game. You can't just look at overall yardage. You need to look at the lengths of the individual holes. I played the Black tees, which was my normal yardage. However, almost all the par 4's were longer than I normally play, and one of the par 3's was 185 yards! The course was very difficult for a first timer since there are a number of somewhat blind shots. If you play there often, you'll figure that out and it will be easier to play.

I was supposed to play the course last Thursday and pre-paid my green fees with Golf Now about 5 days beforehand. I got a Covid shot on Tuesday and by Thursday I was still unable to raise my arm so I called the pro shop and asked for a rain check due to my inability to swing a club but they refused. They were glad to take my money and I got nothing in return; crooks. I’ll never play this course.

Played in reverse oirder , started on 10. Back nine fine condition but when we turned to the front nine , visualy terrible. Construction everywhere and it looked like a "war zone"

Heavy equipement working in all directions. Large CAT shovels as many as six or more . Very large Rock Wagons , an entire lake drained . Obviously to prepare for more houses and condos.

Attendant at front desk says do you want to buy a condo because they are golf bundled and when the last one sells , the course will be close to the Public.

Front nine has torn up cart paths . May have to wait several months to come back and play here.

Course conditions were great wind and dust from construction somewhat irritating
