Golfer Reviews
Horrible pacing.
Got stuck behind two groups playing incredibly slow and had to wait around 7-10 minutes at every tee box and another 7-10 minutes in the fairway. Almost 5 hours to play as a twosome. Every tee shot we took was accompanied by two or three groups stacked up behind us.
Tough lies
As a first time player on this course. I found it pleasantly challenging. Fairly extensive
First time playing here, loved it. Staff very friendly and welcoming, drove 64 miles to get there. Worth every mile. Will definitely be back
Lexington Oaks
Coarse is now in playable condition as it had the Greens over seeded last month. Still hoping that the greens continue to improve speed!
Pace of play was slow and at times frustrating.
SLOWEST COURSR OF ALL TIME
This course has a great layout and fun tee boxes but the pace of play is the worst thing of all time. The first time I played this course it was a busy Sunday and their were 4 groups on each hole. It took my group 6 hours to get through 15 holes then we had to leave. We went again on a weekday and it was the exact result, this time only played 11 holes in 5 hours. The course itself is beautiful with unique features but the course time management and lack of course ranger makes this place unplayable. Unless you are willing to play for 7 hours plus and have nothing else to do, don’t bother playing here there’s plenty of better courses in the area.
Nice course
Greens and tee boxes were good. Greens had avg speed and rolled nice. Fairways had grass but some fairly hard surface in some sport. Overall it was in great shape.
Think you misunderstood the problem. We were keeping up with the people on FRONT of us, but they wouldn't let us pass and it was so slow that we were backed up with two or three other groups.
You need to catch up to the folks in FRONT of you dont worry about the groups behind you!
