Greens were in good shape and fast
Overall condition of th course was very good. A lot of maintenance being performed which will only make the course better. Keep up the good work.
A great staff
Greens were in great shape. Tee boxes poor shape. I would have ranger take a bucket of Sand/Fill for divots and fill while driving around.
Poor Pace of Play
They take tee times until 3 to play 18 to collect your money but then mandate carts back by 5:30. Pace of play was terrible - course was in good shape, didn’t get to play the back 9 since it took us 2.5 hours on the front and it was getting dark. I’d like to play again, maybe during the week. Learning all public courses in Tampa area are overbooked
Good greens but the rest is a mess
The course is a mess right now. Not sure how much worse it will be after the winter season. Needs some serious work
Bad Management
Played only nine holes. Was alerted on #8 hole that another group had started on #10 hole and I could play the front side again. I didn't play it.
Almost Perfect
Course conditions were excellent. Greens were very good. Tee boxes/Traps/Rough, all were OK. Problem was we teed off at 1:00. Pro shop didn't tell us that there was a league teeing off on the backside around 3:00. Get a text that if we want to play 18, we have to play the front again. That is not acceptable. They could have started us on the back 9 and when the league went off, we would be playing the front. That is why the day was almost perfect. We stopped after 9. Golf now gave us a credit due to pro shop error
Greens in excellent shape
Over all the course was in very good shape. The greens were very good. A very nice course too play.
Lexington Oaks nice layout very friendly staff
I've played this course a number of times. I've always found it to be in reasonably good to good condition. The greens are well kept and the tee boxes and Fairways have always been in good. The price is reasonable and the staff is friendly. The pace of play through the summer months has been excellent. There are a number of really good courses in this area some with excellent ratings but for price and consistent quality Lexington Oaks is hard to beat.
terrible slow greens
would play course more often if the greens even a moderate speed ---slow greens mean bad golf ---to bad as overall a good course
