Sugarmill Woods Country Club - Cypress Course

The course is a DISGRACE. Horrible conditions. Will never consider it again. A total wasted afternoon.

Temporary greens and poor greens on back nine. Going to take a longtime to bring it up to standards

We found the course had a satisfactory layout the greens were tough to putt on were rough condition. Not much grass on fareways the sand traps had good sand but had not been worked for a day or two overall rating reflect s on the course condition and value for price paid to play

Seemed to be improved but going backwards. Several greens are terrible and all fairways need water and grass. Small things like providing a red stake at 100 yard markers are not done. Current markers are hard to find and looking for them delays play.

The only good thing about this course was it only cost 40.00 dollars to play eighteen holes. There was no grass on the fairways and very little on the greens. Some of the greens looked like black mold others had so much sand on them they were like a bunker. Sorry but I can't give the course a good review.

Love the layout , lots of sand but wide open and user friendly. Just needs some work on the fairway grass and a couple of greens

The fairways need grassy .greens on pine nine need redone

Very little grass on tee blocks and fairways and the greens are quite rough.

This is the best rating I have given Sugarmill because finally it looks green and has some grass but still needs much improvemnet. Also the really need red stake markers at the 100 yard markers or on the side. We aste way too much time looking for the obsure markers buried in the ground. I would not only pay for thes but also put them up. Pace of play would be improved. Also many of the very helpful bird house markers at 150 are gone and should be replaced.

No one reads these remarks anyway.. I have recommend and even would pay for and put up red markers at the hundred yard markers or o. The side and nobody does anything!!@ you can't see the current markers and pace of play is slowed looking for them.

Someone needs to put money into this course. No grass in the fairways, just hardpan and sand. Greens were sketchy. Cart paths really bad. Too bad, used to be a great course.

Course continues to improve. Frost did hurt the grass but workers trying to get it back to prefost condition

Out of 18 greens only 10 are in good shape. Fairways need grass. If the guys I play with weren’t members I wouldn’t play there.

The course layout is very good but condition is just average. Some tee boxes, fairways and greens were pretty good, others were not.

TERRIBLE SHAPE, ENTIRE COURSE LOOKS TERRIBLE , NEVER EVEN SAW ANYONE WORKING THERE, NO MAINTENANCE. THEY SHOULD SELL THE COURSE OR CLOSE IT.
