RedTail Golf Club

First time playing here, and I won't be back. The course layout is undulating and it has a lot of potential. All but two greens were in nice shape and rolled true.

That said, the majority of fairways are ok (at best), but many are inhabited by a significant amount of crab grass, The starter/ranger though really put this course on the "not to play again" list. Best of luck to all that encounter the male Karen of starters/rangers here.

Love the course layout. We know they’ve had trouble with the greens but they looked very good and putted well today. Fairways were ok but a lot of weeds around and in the rough. We will definitely play again and again.

One year ago it looked like the course was going belly up. During lunch residents were very upset about the condition of the course,

What a come back! The fairways are good, some crab grass, the greens are excellent and fast.

Greens are in better shape but fairways and tee boxes need help. Weeds are growing everywhere.

I love this course. It has a great layout that is challenging, but fair. Unfortunately, the fairways, especially on the front nine, need help. The condition of this course comes and goes. I am very disappointed with the current conditions. That said, the greens are much better than the last time I played.

Course has amazing layout. Almost never needing to hit your driver. The greens were in pretty good condition but other than that, course was in pretty bad shape. Weeds, weeds, weeds… all over the fairways and most importantly… on the first cut surrounding most of the greens. Very disappointed in the condition of the course. It has really gone down hill these last few years. The practice area was only big enough to accommodate 3-4 players and you’re hitting off weeds and dirt. There is very little if any grass.

For the price it’s not one I’d ever recommend. There are much better cared for courses for same if not less cost per round.

Truly disappointed!

This is absolutely one of my favorite golf courses. Redtail is back in the best shape it’s ever been in. The fairways , greens are probably the best in town as we speak.. I have played this course 3x this week already , and scheduled a group of 36 later this month. Let’s get back out to Redtail people!

i played here in february 2021 and they had lost their greens. my round in june 2022 was my first time back and the greens were perfect. some fairways, most of the rough and most areas around greens need some maintenance, but the course was great and being the first to go off in the morning was a real treat. will definitely be back soon.

Course is in good shape, it's scenic, challenging, each hole is different, requires use of all irons, good value for the cost, has everything a golf course layout should have.

Greens much improved from last time, fairways same. Same problem as most courses, SLOW group holding up play. Breezed through 1st 14 holes, on 15 tee two groups waiting to hit, 1 in fairway and 1 on green, you pass 17 to get to 15 and there was foursome going back and forth looking for their balls, went to 18 it was empty, so one slow group holding whole course up! GET A RANGER!!
