I’ve played the course many times over the last 10 years. I’ve seen a lot of improvement over the last thirty days.. Tee boxes are good, greens are much better and the fairways are playable but need some work. Beautiful scenery and a great layout. Great value from a price perspective.

Course was an awesome layout, made it worth it, too bad the course condition is not great, I know about the water system going out in the summer of last year so I know they’re working on it, hope to see this course improve

This course was in great shape the last time I played it and my expectations were high, only to be very disappointed. The course was in horrible shape with the fairways being full of crab grass, the greens were in sub par shape, and the 7th hole was closed. I played well despite the conditions but I will say the conditions probably cost me 1-2 shots. Disappointed sums it up, i will say pace of play was great and the carts are some of the fastest I have ever been in. Potential is there but the up keep needs to happen.

Overall good. Hole 7 out of service. Rough area very challenging. Restaurant and bar closed on Monday which is bad for business.

it remains a mystery while this course is open to the public, but while it is. Play it.

I wish I could say the course is getting better but the management refuses to put any money into it. If you see any stars past a 2 it is a lie from course management.. do not be fooled. This place has no repeat customers. This course in the past was a wonderful place, the layout is one of the best in Florida.

Unfortunately, this course is in poor condition both the fairways and the greens. It is a very nice layout in a beautiful community that needs a lot of work to bring it back to its good days.

The corse is laid out nicely, but the greens were just awful on this day. They had not been cut in days maybe even weeks and they had weeds on them and it was very difficult to putt from anywhere on any of the greens and the tee boxes were not real good either

Although the course in itself is nice and good layout, it is in terrible shape. Everything needs mowed. The tee boxes need mowed and the greens were just horrible.

Hole # 7 was closed due to water which obviously they have a drainage issue on the course.

The carts were nice though, and a nice paved cart path.

I will however probably play again because there was almost nobody there and I was able to take my time and enjoy the best part of the course which is the scenery. I could work on my game and wasn’t rushed. But that would be the only reason.

I don’t think it’s worth the money for the condition it’s in right now so hopefully they will do something about that.

Played it last spring and course was getting better. Hurricane put it under water and greens that were in good shape are now unputtable.. rough is wet and thick.

Overseeding took in some places more than others.

Fairways thin but playable. Rough was mostly weeds. Greens need work. Traps had been serviced.

All in all below average course but work appears to be taking place, hopefully enough work to revive the place again.

This course challenges your game. Great layout. Greens were subpar. Ball bouncing everywhere, putting was difficult much less getting a ball to stick. #7 closed due to water so couldn’t play. Course still saturated from rain as it has no drainage for being in Florida. You can tell at one time this was “the course”.

The course was beautiful despite the storm that’s past recently. Hole 7 is closed due to storm water that still hasn’t drained . The greens could have been a little better but the course plays well .

Played in the rain so experience was more negative Thor should have been. Tough course, good layout but rough conditions, both course and weather.
