In spite of having aerated within the week the course was in good shape. The greens were not very bumpy, and there weren't puddles all over the place in spite of recent rain. The only problem was...the group in front of us. They had asked (on a holiday morning when the course was running a discount because of the aeration, and thus packed...to go out as a five. The starter broke them into a group of three and a two. Of course once out of sight on the third hole...they were a five and for the rest of the round, we never saw a marshal. So, particularly since we were a group of three...we waited on almost every hole. It was a nice course, one that, were it closer to home, I might play frequently, but, with no marshals (and groups with no sense of etiquette). Not really worth a repeat.

Enjoyable golf layout. From white tees par 5's are just out of reach in 2, so use 7 iron 2nd shots to avoid hazards leaving full wedges into greens for easy pars. Some short par 4's with protected greens use 3 or 5 wood tee shots for full wedge approach for easy pars.

Using course management to avoid trouble should ilead to lower scores. I play hear ounce a month and will keep coming back.

Greens are almost great again. The team has been doing a lot of work and it is showing. Some greens (like 11) are a work in progress but I can see the focus that they have on getting the course back to greatness.

The course was in very good shape. The tees were spotty, but the fairways and greens were in very good condition. Big improvement from when I was out there a couple of months ago.

The greens are good shape the whole way through with only a few spots of bother, fairways are pretty decent. Staff is friendly too. It’s a fun layout to boot. Oh, I’ll be back

I have played a number of courses in the area over the past few years while on vacation and this is by far the nicest course so far. The staff was friendly and the course was in great condition especially the fairways. Also a nice open layout so you don’t have to worry too much about errant shots.

I had only heard good things about the quality of this course from a friend who golfed here frequently in years past. He and I went there and we were quite disappointed with the shape of the course and how it is maintained. Will not be coming back to play here ever again.

Course under stress from the drought. Tee boxes and greens being impacted by the lack of rain. Love the layout. However, course conditions will cause me to look elsewhere, rather tan to drive up here. I will be back after the course gets some good soakings.
