Fleming Island Golf Club

Apparently they have great drainage on the course. We got started at 956am just after a night rain. The course was in great shape and the greens were fast and challenging. Will definitely be back and I recommend this course to anyone who likes a challenge,

Greens are rolling very nice, but there are a few tight lies around the greens. Fair ways are in good shape! Over all it’s a great course with some challenging holes!

Tees boxes, Fairways and Greens are all in great shape enjoy this course immensely. Will be back to Play It Again

Club must have upgraded their carts since I played last. Carts have electronic stop so if you go out of certain areas or too close to greens or tees it stops dead. Great concept but no warning until it stops abruptly. I had to help a couple people get their cart going again and it was frustrating while trying to play. Slow group in front of us but Otherwise great place to play.

Had the pleasure of playing here today, haven’t come here in a little bit but have been here before. Course is always in great condition, today solidifies this being one of my favorites in north Florida. Greens were fast and very readable. Approach shots and pitches were easily controlled with spin they gripped great. Don’t hesitate to play this track if you’re in the area

Pace of play little slow at 4+15

The course is in great shape from tee to green. The greens were really nice.

We had a wonderful golf round. Not only did they exceed the normal expectations, they met others. The day was hot & humid so we greatly appreciated the shaded areas and the cold water stations.

I understand their booking system had a bug that caused them to overbook Tee times causing a 5+ hour round. I had good company and nothing better to do so pace of play wasn’t a big. Issue for me. However, the group behind us brought a Bluetooth speaker and had music up full blast the entire round. I was very disappointed the staff didn’t do anything to prevent them from being a distraction to other golfers.

We played as a twosome on 10/3/2019 and tee'd off at 0915 and really enjoyed the course. The fairways were in super good shape and the greens the same fast. I really love the layout there and alot of holes are challenging from the black tees. Course is in super shape will definately be back again.
