Duran Golf Club - Championship Course
About
Duran Golf Club is a local favorite, known for being the best public course in Brevard County. The club is also home to the area's only lighted nine-hole, par-3 course. The course stretches across fertile terrain that was formerly a sod farm, lending some of the lushest playing surfaces on Florida's east coast. The championship layout has a links feel with subtle mounding that frames large, undulating greens. The beautiful landscape comes into play throughout the golf course. Sparkling lakes and ponds, lush grasses, and stately palms all add to the beauty and challenge of the round. Coastal breezes come into play on several holes thanks to the seaside location. Duran Golf Club's practice facility is almost as popular as the 18-hole course. In addition to the par-3 course, there is also a large driving range with mounded areas where you can practice with uphill and downhill lies.

Great course
Duran. Is a great course with nice lay out and plenty of challenges for a expert or a beginner
Great Shape
The course was in great shape. Great time. Will be back again.
Excellent Course
Fairways and greens are in excellent condition. Had a great day of golf.
Best in brevard
Great layout and always in very good condition . Greens are challenging and roll nice. Best course in brevard , hands down !
great for the price excellent
it was a great course I played the par 3 course i'm planning on playing full 18 holes soon. it is a great golf course for a geat price manliy for beginers and intermianete players
This course is very short.
Overpriced for what you get. It is more a pitch and putt course.
Duran Short Course
The course is convenient when you want to get out quick, walk and enjoy some simple golf. It is short, probably need no more than an 8 iron. Good value, only need a pull cart, although I did see a couple of golf carts rolling through. Good value, only takes about 1-2 hours to play, good challenge for chipping and putting.
Duran. "Short " course
Nothing more than a pitch and putt. Don't waste your time unless you are looking for nothing but practice time. If you have the time play the full course which looks to be be very nice.
Fun course
Play was speedy. Pleasant staff when checked in. Course in good shape. Good test with short irons!
Great day
Nice track! Very spacious fairways and large greens. Just enough trouble to keep you on your game. Great value for the price. The service at the snack bar was average at best. Very poor service. They seemed to be understaffed and food menus were not posted visibly.
played the short course (9 holes)
course was okay but most of the tees were really slanted; good place to practice your irons
Duran/Golf Advisor
I enjoy Duran a great deal. Always my first choice in the area. Unfortunately on February 2, when Golf Advisor indicated there was a tee time available for me it turned out that there was an 18 hole shotgun start tournament that had started 3 minutes before the tee time I got from GolfAdvisor
Nice Course
My third time playing here. Convenient location. A fairly easy nice course in good condition with tough greens, but not a lot of character. Great deal from Golfnow. Lovely Proshop. Great for entertaining.
great afternoon golf now deal 2 with a cart for $40 can't
Not The Best Weather Florida Standard Wise, But A Good Day On A Beautiful Course Nonetheless....
My favorite course near the beach
if you're looking for a fun course in top-notch condition then this is the place for you.
Could be an excellent course; but it isn't.
A nice tract that has everything going for it and could be an exceptional property. But, it isn't because, in my opinion, it doesn't know what it wants to be. Nice facilities and when you get get something to eat or drink, it is all good. Now the bad... It is always jammed and nobody seems to care that the rounds get longer and longer. We walked off the course on the 15th hole after reaching the five hour mark. We called a couple of times to see if they could speed things up... nothing happened. If you want to play long rounds and wait a lot between shots, this is a good place for you. I can't tell you how many times we finished a round and wanted to go in for a drink and a quick bit to eat only to be told it was closed for some special event. Very disappointing. But, they must be doing something right, it is almost always jammed.
Duran Short Course-a social place to play 9 in under 2 hr.
First two holes are too short, you could use your putter only. However the remaining seven holes are good distances with challenging greenside bunkers and pin placements.
Duran Short Course
The course was nice, but the pro shop employee was horrible. He didn't even seem to know where he was. He was clueless and very rude. Also, the reservation said we had a cart included, but that was not the case. They don't have carts there and did not even give us a pull cart. GRRRRRR.
Greens are fast and tricky.
Greens are fast and tricky. Good condition. Lots of water that is not necessarily visible from the tee box. Play was slow.
Overall great experience
This is the first time Imhave played this course and it is different than any course I have played in this area. You will enjoy the day.
This is the first. Course in the Space Coast area where I didn't have mud on my ball after every shot.. Their pins have reflectors which makes range finders worked faster and more accurately.
It would be nice for a150 pole so you had an idea where t to aim if you are a stranger to the course.
It is called a par 3, executive course... what did you expect??
