Championship golf course. Private C.C. setting. Dormant Bermuda fairways - a bit ragged, but overall turf excellent to hit from. A top public- access course in San Diego that is reasonably priced. Well worth the drive for serious golfers.

I loved thus course! You want a test of skills? Try this course. Played from Black Tees, yardage wise, it didn’t make much difference except maybe 5 holes. The real challenge is staying in the narrow fairways ‘cuz there ain’t NO rough! Miss a fairway, just drop a ball. ‘Nuff said. Greens are in great shape, true rolls and they hold well. 590 yd par 5 uphill! Sweeeet. 200 yd par 3 over water, even sweeeeeter!! Ok, get off your duff and play this awesome course!

Love the layout but the course conditions were poor.

Greens were punched in October and were not fully recovered. Fairways had a lot of dead grass and some patchy areas.

What a tragedy. A formerly wonderful golf course turned into a north county joke. Fifty dollar senior green fee was 30 more than the property was worth. I was handed a key to "just pick any cart" and the first three carts I tried didn't move. Happy to say that the 4th cart did...even made it 18 holes. The cart was filthy with no pride of ownership. The golf course is a mess. The property has no idea how to overseed. Seed all over the place and no water. Reminds me, in many ways, how the old SCGA in Murrieta has gone with it's disinterested owners and management.

Lots of brown fairways so a ball can roll on and on, but c'mon guys! You have well water and it was a wet winter. Can't be that expensive to run more sprinklers. I see many sprinklers in good shape but sitting on dry brush or plain dirt. No bueno. Most of the summer was this way too. Don't let a great track get shabby! Still considering a membership but I don't know. Everything around the clubhouse looks great. But figure it's more for wedding pics? A favorite course but Twin Oaks and Arrowood stay very green! Even Oceanside Muni is greener. Take care.

Challenging course to play. A must play for those of you who have not played it.

Always a pleasure to play. Great course, challenging and fun to play.

I had not played this course and had a friend coming in to town. I am glad we played here This course is very challenging. Every shot needs to be thought through and it makes you really use course management. Greens are very challenging and we’re in amazing shape. Highlight was the par 3 with the bunker in the middle of the green I had never played a course with that set up and it made for a great story.

This course is in great shape. The greens are true and the fairways were in great condition for this time of year. Overall great day

This is a dog track. Fairways are dirt and holes; several barely exist. Rough overgrown weeds. Greens decent. Tee boxes ugly. Layout confusing. Staff friendly enough. Not worth price. Marshalling almost non-existent. Nearly hit several times by group behind.

Unfortunately could be a good venue. Nice clubhouse and site, but no maintenance or effort at upkeep. Most good reviews have to be lies. Never again.

First time playing this course. It was well worth the money and then some.

First time I have been to a course that had a force carry on almost every tee box and many approaches to the greens. The course and greens were in good condition but this course is designed for more than a weekend golfer. We saw the cart girl only one time during our 18 holes. Only water cooler on the entire course.

I booked an 11:30 Hot Deal and was supposed to play with another twosome. They teed off early and it is just as well because I ended up with another threesome and they were great guys. The weather was perfect and the course was in very good shape. That twosome played so fast we never saw them after the first hole. Carrie the Cart Girl was a blast to deal with and she makes killer Bloody Marys. All in all a fantastic day. I can't wait to visit this course again.

Slow play due mostly to course not pairing twosomes into foursomes. There were three twosomes ahead of our foursome and two more behind us.
