Well designed and good drainage
After an incredibly wet couple of days, I expected the course to be in shambles, but I was not correct. Beautiful layout, well-kept, and a great deal. Really enjoyed the round. Greens tough but fair.

Great condition
Course is in great condition. Greens are running fast and true. Fairways and rough are green but not too lush. Great hot dog after in restaurant.

The Hills course is fun to play. I had 3 guys who joined up with me and we had a great time. One of the guys actually worked at the course and he represented the course well.

was early 7:20AM tee time. once the weather warmed it was excellent day of golf in perfect weather. Greens were very smooth, and fairways were excellent. Couldn't have been a better day.

It's been better
Starting out on No. 1 you have GUR right in the middle of the fairway. Several other holes have GUR. Some holes had very dry spots and others had very wet spots. Need some irrigation repairs. No beverage cart nor is there a Marshall. Pretty slow round; could see at least 2 groups ahead of us, but couldn't tell where the holdup was. This course has been better in the past and hope it gets back to that condition.

The course was in good shape
Golf now had me scheduled on the Hills Course. My tee time was already booked. The staff was nice enough to change me to the Orchard course.
