Franklin Canyon Golf Course

Nice course but needs better conditions. A lot of the Fairways and sand bunkers were missing grass and needs sand. Tee boxes also in bad condition in many of the tee boxes.

Likely due to the drought and/or budget issues, the fairways and tee boxes where in terrible conditions. The greens were marginally better though. Simple course to play--not very long. My 2-star rating simply comes down to course conditions. Really bad. Plus the golf cart paths were generally torn up, filled with ruts and not a smooth ride.

Greens in very good condition on May 28. Tee boxes and fairways in good condition. Traps have no sand like most munis and avoid them if u can.

I’m assuming they’re doing their best with whatever budget they have.

I always like the layout. Fair and not gimmicky.

Played in less than 3 hours had the 6am tee time course is in good condition the greens were medium fast

My car got broken into during round. If you play there don’t leave anything in car. I know at least 5 people who’s car has been broken into.

Franklin canyon used to be a great course to play. I don’t know who is running this establishment but 70$? I know it’s Sunday and everyone wants to play, I just don’t understand the price gouging? Then you can play for 35$ at 2.08 on the same day. Maybe it’s time to readjust the green fees. You would make tons of people happier!!!!

I love playing this course but the course needs some love. Fairways are beat up and not in great condition. Green's shockingly are great. Tee boxes are for the most part good.
