7AM tee time on weekday. Paired with Steve, who was great company. Group ahead of us was nowhere to be seen, and no-one behind us, so zero pace of play issues. Staff were very nice and helpful. Tee boxes a little beaten up, and clearly not everyone repairs divots, but not unusual for public course. Will be back.

Good Course, interesting layout at reasonable rate

Franklin is a moderately challenging course with a good layout, smooth but unusually slow greens and good but not great fairway. I paid $68.00 on a Saturday and walked the course in a little under 4 1/2 hours which is pretty good for Northern California.

Have played this course many times over the years and always a little challenge. This time of year most courses should actually have green grass so that wasn't an issue. The only issue my team gad was the condition of the golf carts. Let's just say they all need to be replaced. Both our carts had ripped seats, scratched windows and bald tires. They got us around the course but for the price we pay to play here you would think the carts would be in better shape. Hat's off to the grounds crew as the overall course is looking better and better.
