Pristine Conditions
Course conditions were awesome. The only downfall was the twosome in front of us was playing slower that the 5 some in front of them.
From rags to riches
I remember awhile back when this course was trash but my hat off for the staff here. The course is in great shape overall. Bunkers still need some work.

Well maintained course with challenging greens and front 9 with tight fairways and water hazards finished round on 3:10 as twosome

Not a brute, but challenging!
Course was in great condition - greens and bunkers
I'm impressed with the maintenance and care of this course.
The layout can be a little challenging but you need to choose the right targets to aim at. I noticed how nice the sand was in the bunkers - grainy with no loose impediments. And the greens were very smooth and even.
Incredibly slow pace
Pace of play was 6 hours. I played the front and left after 9. I understand slow play is common but on weekends someone needs to Marshall and make sure rounds aren’t 6 hours. The fairways often have long grass patches in them and I was hitting out of rough length grass in most fairways. The greens were surprisingly rolling nicely. The greens are the only decent thing about this course.
Green were great.
Greens in great shape. 3.5 hrs round. Tee boxes a little beat up, pretty common everywhere it seems now days. Always friendly staff.
Awesome and secluded
This was a great course for the money! Love how secluded and nice the property was. I’m from the east coast so this was my first time playing in CA and this was just a pleasant round of golf. The layout was great but wasn’t too challenging and the greens were impeccable.
Mow the rough eh?
Lost a few balls just off the fairway cuz the rough could use a trim. Saw the balls land and bounce even. No find em. The fairways have some weed patches, and not the good kind. They do, however, have some good beer on tap. So there's that. With so many golf courses in the area I'll give it another shot in a few months. Did I mention the beer on tap?
Fairways need work
Pace of play was very slow. Fairways hard and patchy.
