About
Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club enjoys a stunning backdrop on most of its holes. The beautifully maintained course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Yucaipa Valley offers the unique combination of being both challenging and affordable, for this reason it's a local favorite. The layout is player friendly enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It's not terribly formidable but the greens can be challenging because of the slope and speed. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and the occasional water hazard comes into play. The 13th is the signature hole at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club. This tricky par 3 has a severely undulating green bordered by out-of-bounds on the right and water on the left.

needs help
This course has a great location and lots of play for a course that has been neglected, the owners seem to try saving $ in the wrong places-no starter or marshal for any control & no real greenskeeper to oversee course condition,only gardeners-lots of potential for someone who has been around golf- would be are real shame to let this course go further down hill
Yucaipa course 2012
The course was pretty good, the first 9 greens were terrible, This place is under staffed. The counter person was very good. But you could tell he needed help. The greens need a lot of work holes 1-9. From 10 thru 18 the greens were good.

Amazing job getting the greens back!! Still some work to do but they are 100 times better. Fairways were above average. Tee boxes are bad. But good to see a lot of maintenance crews out there getting things done.

Green are lumpy
The pace was ok
The greens looked n played as if you were on the moon. Half the blame on the grounds crew, the other would be the golfers. Honestly, I never seen so many unfixed divots. It says who plays this course!

Putting Greens need major help.
The putting greens were in terrible shape. They define the golf course.

not trying to be a debbie downer, but i think they should do like other courses and shut down while they repair all their greens. the fairways were okay, but other than that everything else was not up to par. it sucks when it looks like someone took a shot with a wedge off one of the greens.

Mediocre at best
Great layout, good Par 3s, but the greens were in horrendous condition. Fairways were bare and hard to find a flat lie on tee boxes. Driving range mats were torn up. No real course amenities.
