About
Teal Bend Golf Club runs alongside the Sacramento River, enjoying a lush landscape covered in natural wetlands. One of the characteristics the course is known for is its stunning scenery, which works against the challenging layout by being almost too distracting. All of your attention will have to be focused on successfully maneuvering past the mature trees and natural rough areas that sit along the edges of the undulating greens and narrow, winding fairways. Long hitters will enjoy this golf course, which stretches to 7,000 yards from the back tees. There are also some interesting risk/reward holes that will appeal to both low and high handicappers, which is why it is one of Sacramento's most popular public courses. The well maintained driving range is also a popular feature at Teal Bend Golf Club.

Fairways are too dry..
It’s been a while since last time a played course, Very disappointed, course has been neglected, the fairways are very dry and tee boxes need a lot of attention . This course used to be one of the best around the area, Not worth the $70 green fees. At best $40
Worth the round
This course is always fun, every hole have a slight bend (hence the name), but we played on a very windy day. No wind and this course is score able!!
Not worth what they are charging
If the course was in better condition it would be worth the price.
Fun course to play!
Love coming to this course. The staff is great and the layout offers a bit of everything.
Course seems unmaintained, a lot of ground under repair.
nice and quiet
Despite having Sacramento Airport right there, this was one of the quietest courses I have played at. Well maintained all the way around.
Nice Layout, little grass
This place in the past may have been really nice. But it looks like droughts over the years have made it hard to get grass onto the course. Lots of dry areas, fairway is cut really low, so ball runs a few extra yards. Greenside bunkers have sand, some other spots, not so much. It's a nice layout, no doubt, but not worth a 2nd or 3rd trip from where I live. Good to play once, would play again if they were able to get some more grass.
Nice Track
It's February so conditions were not the best. The fairways were pretty ragged but the greens were excellent! It's a fun course and can play to any skill level.
To learn
To learn to play golf. You better know how to understand a golf course and hit the shot you want if you want to have a good round. Great fun.
Winter games
It was a great day for the winter, and the coarse was great for the time of year. A lot of fun.
