About
Bring your best game to the Links at Waterchase--a long, difficult course that can be had if you get your mind right. Intimidating because of its length (7,304 yards), much of the extra yardage comes from five excruciatingly long par 5s. The key here is to manage these holes, get on the green or close in three, then do what you have to do for your pars.
If you play regularly at a local par 3 course, you might want to work in a practice round before taking on The Links, since there’s five par 3s.
Watch out for the enders on each side, which frame the scenic pond and waterfall that are sandwiched between the two greens. No. 9 is a 433-yard par 4, and requires a solid drive on the left side. Pay attention to the pin placement, as there is water behind the green. No. 18 goes 570 yards from the tips, and offers target golf at its best. You’ll need to lay up at least 120 yards from the hole, and keep the approach below the pin to assure yourself of an uphill putt.
Getting there : Located on the east side of Fort Worth at I-30 and Eastchase Pkwy. Take the Eastchase exit and drive north to John T. White Rd. Turn right and drive a short distance, then take the first right on Randoll Mill Rd. Turn left on Creek Run Rd.

Great Shape
Course was in great shape amd once the group in front of us left after nine holes we were able to finish the back nine in a hour and 15 minutes. The greens were in great shape. We played at twilight at 3:45 and we’re done by 7. Staff is nice The only complaint is the bunkers. More fort than sand. I still had 3 saves for par though. They are just a little crusty.
Be precise
Quality course for the price. Requires precision, greens are guarded well but well sized to hit often. Tee boxes are fairly flat, fairways are lush. My only complaint, bunkers need work. They need more sand, better drainage, the were hard and difficult to hit out of. Almost considered raking and placing, my club just bounced off the sand like hard pan. Overall good quality course, I recommend
Hiden gem
The course has an excelent layout, very well mamtained and kept. Worth playing
Super Solid Course
Course in is nice shape currently. Tees, fairways and green are solid. Greens rolling well with decent speed. Some traps a bit "wet/muddish". Superb layout, with solid conditions, a must play!
Great conditions, challenging track
The course is phenomenal shape. Despite the heat wave, the tee boxes and fairways were lush and greens were perfect.
It's a challenging track, but a lot of fun. The pace of play was great for a Saturday. (4 1/2hour round).
Our group lives on the other side of the metroplex and have made the drive a few times this year.
It's in much better condition than courses that charge a lot more.
The only minor quibble is the clubhouse is small and lmited in food options. But there to golf, not enjoy fine dining. A+
Amazing Track
You will not find another golf course in DFW if amazing greens & fairways, course layout mean anything to you. My first time playing this place, mad that I haven’t been here 50 more times. Great experience all around, and I’ll be back very soon.
Continues to impress
This has become my favorite course in the metroplex. As of 6/25/23, the greens are in perfect condition. Maybe the best I’ve ever played on. Some bunkers need work, but I think I only saw one on #15 that was unplayable. My knock on the course in the past has been pace of play, but four of us made it around in 4:10. Not sure if the course made a change or if the 110 degree heat kept people away. Either way, it was a delightful round.
Great track and cheap front office
We played 3 holes with a score until the lightning struck so close I flinched on my shot. Then the managers gave me a raincheck for $44 on a $71 tee time through golf now.. You do the math...not an establishment I'll deal with again
