About
Frisco Lakes Golf Club is a part of the Del Webb Frisco Lakes Community, just north of Dallas. The front nine of the course is interwoven with the community itself while the back nine sprawls across open countryside. The five sets of tees range from just over 5,000 yards to just over 7,000 yards, allowing the golf course to be played as a leisurely round or a formidable test. The challenging, well maintained greens are the course's most memorable feature. Golfers should be prepared for a back-to-back peninsula green and island green on the seventh and eighth holes. The 14th is another tough water hole that runs alongside Lake Lewisville. Water is not the only hazard at Frisco Lakes Golf Club though, there are also plenty of strategically placed bunkers throughout.

Great Experience
I have played this course multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Great staff, great course layout, and awesome views coming down 9 and 18.
Good but not great
Like the course - many bunkers were washed out but that didnt bother me - not many trees - very open course - few challenging holes
I'm not sure i would ever pay the normal online rate though....for 16 it is a great deal
Excellent Golf Course
We had a great time and the pace was good. Beautiful scenic course! Can't wait to golf here again!
Nice place
Too windy to play. But, nice staff, nice food, i would be back again here soon to play golf. There are a couple of very challenging courses. In general, fairways are easy and short to me. Thanks all the staff.
Fun layout
All the rain in the area has hit the course pretty hard. Greens are still in excellent shape but some other parts of the course, especially bunkers, are pretty washed out. Layout is excellent, the signature holes are unbeatable and staff is always friendly. Can’t wait to play it in a few weeks when it dries out!
Green
Green is in good condition even with heavy rain for last two weeks beautiful lay out love hole 7 8 18 really enjoyed playing the course
Drains well
Great drainage after all the recent rain. Greens in great shape.
Love this Course
I love playing this course. Plenty of variety and great greens. Always brings a challenge
Winter time
Course was in decent shape for winter time. Ground hard and very hard around the greens makes it hard to chip. Better hit the green. And the greens were nice. Again, it's the middle of winter.

Frisco Lakes is a very pretty course w/ lake views. Well worth playing!

Very good course with some renovations ongoing
I play here about 2-3 times a year. For January, the course was in great shape - just enough green on fairways and greens. Dormant rough makes it play easier than normal. Mostly wide open front 9. Nice easy opening hole with back to back signature holes at 6 and 7. Back 9 is tighter and more challenging playing out to and along the lake. Greens were rolling really well and fairways were firm and fast. Many bunkers under renovation, but at least the course told you this ahead of time. Friendly staff and marshals. We played in 3 hours on a Sunday morning - it doesn't get much better than that.
Great Price & Value
Course was in great condition for this time of year. The greens were excellent and rolled pure. Only negative were the sand traps, many were being "re-done" due to the rain; however, it did not distract from a nice day. Our foursome was never in a hurry and still played in 3 hours 40 minutes. Will play this course again, friendly staff!!!
Winter Golf
Course was in decent shape considering it’s winter in Texas. The traps are undergoing a needed renovation so they are temporarily out of play and there was a good bit of standing water on the course which the staff looked like they were making note of in order to correct those areas in time for spring play. All in all still the great course it has always been but I just have to give it an average on course conditions with the understanding it has more to do with the time of year than with anything else. I have no doubt in the spring Frisco Lakes will be back in tip top shape.
Singles have to group up???
Not particularly happy with this... I like golfing by myself and if it says cart included... I expect not to have to give up 1/2 the reason im golfing, peace and quiet... there is an option for 1/2 cart included so I should not have been asked to switch...
Good Shape for Winter
Course was in good shape. We have had good weather to play. The greens rolled nice....had a few bumpy spots overall good. Only concern was many spots had a lot of soft spots from a lot of water, but we have had no rain. Need to stop water so much.
