About
Frisco Lakes Golf Club is a part of the Del Webb Frisco Lakes Community, just north of Dallas. The front nine of the course is interwoven with the community itself while the back nine sprawls across open countryside. The five sets of tees range from just over 5,000 yards to just over 7,000 yards, allowing the golf course to be played as a leisurely round or a formidable test. The challenging, well maintained greens are the course's most memorable feature. Golfers should be prepared for a back-to-back peninsula green and island green on the seventh and eighth holes. The 14th is another tough water hole that runs alongside Lake Lewisville. Water is not the only hazard at Frisco Lakes Golf Club though, there are also plenty of strategically placed bunkers throughout.

Great Experience
Had a great time. The course was in great condition. The greens where awesome. After the round went into Pro Shop to look at merchandise. They gave me a great deal on a FJ shirt. Definitely would recommend to other golfers and yes, I will be back.
Fun Course
I have played Frisco Lakes many times and it is one of my favorites in the Dallas area. It has some really fun holes, including island and peninsula greens on 8 and 18 respectively. Greens roll really well and have some pace to them. It is also quite nice to catch lunch and a beer on the outside patio and watch golfers finish 9 and 18.
Pace of play is always good as the Marshall keeps a good eye on slow groups and is not afraid to tell them to pick it up.
The only demerit I would give is the sand traps are unpredictable, some thin, others fluffy, and some completely ungroomed even early in the morning. They are no problem if you just stay out of them!

So good I'm playing it again I'm going to recommend it too the folk back in Augusta Ga.
Course was in great shape. pace of play was good, espically for a weekend.
Great course
Great Course and I can't wait to play this course again. I really enjoyed playing the 7th and 8th hole.
Amazing greens
This course never disappoints. The fairways are cut and pure. The greens are amzingly smooth and fast.
Great experience
Got to play in nice weather at a reasonable price thanks to golfnow. Found the deal last minute and everyone treated us with much respect. Hope to play there again soon. Greens were extremely fast that day.
Great course
It was a clod morning, 45 degree but by the time I finished it was 52degree. Sunshine and light wind. Course codition was good. The greens were in great condition. I left a lot of shot out there and would like to redeem myself next round. Will wait for the hot deal on golf now.

Great greens
Frisco Lakes has some of the best greens in the area. Multiple tees make it enjoyable for players of any handicap. And very friendly starters!

Windy day with light rain at times. Course was in decent shape. Fairways were very thin with many tight lies. Greens were smooth and fast with many undulations. Played in 41/2 hours which was good for a Saturday...only saw Marshall once during our round.

Great course for the money
Frisco Lakes is my go to course. I think it is a great course for the money especially when I can get in 18 holes on a twilight fee.
