Challenging but fair, greens in great shape. Good pace of play with no backups.

My only negative regarding condition was the bunkers. Bunkers had a lot of pebbles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Stonewall Orchard Golf Course. Great weather and course conditions. We will definitely be playing there again!!

First time playing here. Great staff, great carts, and great at spacing the tee times. Never saw a soul behind or in front and the club was booked for the day. Course was in top condition. Challenging in the right ways. Greens very consistent. Will come back

Nice golf course with good layout and conditions. Some challenging holes and beautiful views.

Course it’s ok but way over price for its condition, not worth $80 during the week and $100 on weekends.

This is the nicest public course i have played in what i would call "Chicago-land." I loved the layout, fairways were firm and drain well because my drives were magically longer than the last few times i played because there was actually roll. They had slit the greens and were mildly sandy/soft BUT they were flat and rolled true and pretty quick. The staff was super nice, they had someone going around in a court with ice water in a cooler as well. I had an early tee time so i didn't have any issues with pace of play. Pace of play is slow all over the place because of COVID and so many people playing golf as something to do. If you are a better golfer and feel the pace is too slow it's on you to attempt to play through or ask the group in front of you to play with a little more etiquette and know when to pick up the ball or play someone else's shot. If the course is filled with poor players who don't know how to keep pace what do you want these courses to do other than over marshal and shoo golfers/revenue away?

The course has a nice layout. Despite all the rain the area seen for the last few days the course wasn't soaked. The carts are like a leather recliner. Soft and cushiony.

I wrote a poor review of this course because of a couple bad experiences but said some things that I didn’t mean. One of those things was when I said the staff doesn’t care, which I can assure to you they do after someone from the course personally called me to ask me about my experience and what he could do to make it better. That made me feel a lot better about my not so great experience and think back about the day. The course was beautiful. It was in great condition and had an awesome layout. You really should give stonewall orchard a try, but play earlier in the day so that you can get all of them in.
