About
Rowlett’s first course has been laid out over a flat range of pasture, supplemented by 15 acres of lakes and over 1,000 new trees. Designed to be hacker friendly, the lack of mature trees provide an especially generous look and feel, tempting the mid-level handicapper to tee it up from the 7,191 yard tips and go long off the tee. Bent greens are the highlight of the round here–they roll true and provide solid opportunities to snake in a few long putts.
Getting there : Off of I-30 exit Dalrock Rd. and drive north through Hwy. 66. A half-mile past 66 veer left on Princeton, which dead-ends at Liberty Grove. Turn right into the Waterview division and take Waterview Pkwy. to the clubhouse

Hot deal special
Very nice golf course that weaves through a housing plan. Nice layout w/ length from the blue tees. Will go back!
The Lewis family
The wife and I took our girls out on Easter Sunday. The staff was amazing and the kids loved the food. For a holiday they kept the course moving while treating us like special guest. Thank you!
nice track in difficult conditions
rock hard greens that need more water! but i really enjoyed this course and will be back.
Good public Course!
Good fairways, the greens have a lot of undulations. We landed on the green to only have the ball roll off like we were at the Masters or something :)
Waterview Golf Course
Conditions at the course were windy which helped drives with the wind and moved the ball a lot in the air.
my normal drives were military golf at it's best. LOL
Weather was cloudy most of the 4 1/4 hrs. Waiting on other foursomes didn't help my game at all.
I will return as this is a fun course to play.
Nice course
Course was in pretty good shape considering the time of the year. Give it another month and the course will be in great shape. The management laid new sod and reworking tee boxes. The bunker sand is probably the best in the area. Greens rolled true. I did not see any bare spots on the fairway. Really great course and the pricing was great compared to the other courses on the weekend.
Disappointed
I like the course a lot but I am disappointed that they had no water on the course and no cart running. When you go in the clubhouse on the turn to get something to eat and drink it slows play down.
Very enjoyable golf day. Fairways and Greens in good shape for early spring. Excellent golf carts Some of the sand traps need raking but good quantity of sand. Overall this is a great golf course.
Nice open course
Looking forward to playing again when everything is green. Really enjoyed the course. In a neighborhood plenty of room. Staff very friendly and even all the players on the course were friendly..nice greens that held well.
Pay For What You Get
Great price and now know why so low priced. If you like hitting balls on dirt in middle of fairway then you would have no issues here. Course was basically all dirt. I am talking middle of fairways. My group will not be back any time soon. When we read there is grass in fairway we will be back but not holding our breath
No water or beverage cart
Did not have water dispensers on the course. Nor did they have beverage cart person on the course. Clubhouse is outdated
Check in
When I first checked and the guy was absolutely rude to me because I got my tee time mixed up. However the starters were great and got me in and everything went accordingly.
