About
Rowlett’s first course has been laid out over a flat range of pasture, supplemented by 15 acres of lakes and over 1,000 new trees. Designed to be hacker friendly, the lack of mature trees provide an especially generous look and feel, tempting the mid-level handicapper to tee it up from the 7,191 yard tips and go long off the tee. Bent greens are the highlight of the round here–they roll true and provide solid opportunities to snake in a few long putts.
Getting there : Off of I-30 exit Dalrock Rd. and drive north through Hwy. 66. A half-mile past 66 veer left on Princeton, which dead-ends at Liberty Grove. Turn right into the Waterview division and take Waterview Pkwy. to the clubhouse

Just OKAY
Every green is hard as a rock and sloped making you have to roll the ball up to the green on most holes, but the wet fringes are there to defend you from touching down, grabbing your ball like Velcro. Every time I play this course it’s the same situation.
Overcharged
When I arrived I alerted course that we had reserved for four but only had three players. They said no big deal we will only charge you for the three green fees. Then this week I was charged an additional $53 for the fourth green fee as a no show. Will not be back to this type of business that scams you.
Rw
This was our first time to play and loved it. The course was in great shape even though it’s been hot and dry. The only area of concern is the slow play. A few more water coolers on the course when it so hot would be perfect. We will definitely be back.
As usual
Lots of singles and twosomes to slow down the pace of play.
Green are in fantastic shape
Course in in great shape from tee box to greens. Green are rolling true compare to other courses in the area
