About
Rowlett’s first course has been laid out over a flat range of pasture, supplemented by 15 acres of lakes and over 1,000 new trees. Designed to be hacker friendly, the lack of mature trees provide an especially generous look and feel, tempting the mid-level handicapper to tee it up from the 7,191 yard tips and go long off the tee. Bent greens are the highlight of the round here–they roll true and provide solid opportunities to snake in a few long putts.
Getting there : Off of I-30 exit Dalrock Rd. and drive north through Hwy. 66. A half-mile past 66 veer left on Princeton, which dead-ends at Liberty Grove. Turn right into the Waterview division and take Waterview Pkwy. to the clubhouse

Monday afternoon
It was good shape in winter. and not many players on monday 2pm. So, Good to play.
Nice course
Worth the money. Good condition for dead of the winter.
Nice track
Have played Waterview a number of times over the years. Fun course, nice layout, good condition for the time of year. Some challenges, but overall a fair test. Greens and traps in good shape. Good value.
Waterview
This course is really fun! It's not as challenging as some others, but golf is Hard as Sh.... already, so it's perfect!!
Great Course
Chipping green closed, driving range balls all over 10th fairway, green aprons like quicksand.
Other than those few issues, the course plays well and the pace was on time. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Waterview GC
Been going here since I was a kid. Love the layout and the course was in a really good condition for being mid November. Practice facilities are nice and greens were in excellent condition.
