About
Rowlett’s first course has been laid out over a flat range of pasture, supplemented by 15 acres of lakes and over 1,000 new trees. Designed to be hacker friendly, the lack of mature trees provide an especially generous look and feel, tempting the mid-level handicapper to tee it up from the 7,191 yard tips and go long off the tee. Bent greens are the highlight of the round here–they roll true and provide solid opportunities to snake in a few long putts.
Getting there : Off of I-30 exit Dalrock Rd. and drive north through Hwy. 66. A half-mile past 66 veer left on Princeton, which dead-ends at Liberty Grove. Turn right into the Waterview division and take Waterview Pkwy. to the clubhouse

Not too shabby
Nice layout, fast greens and good pace of play on a Monday. Tee boxes were being repaired in a lot of spots, but overall a nice course to play
Good course for a fun time.
Greens were in great shape. The fairways were great too. there were spots of no grass around a few of the greens that need to be addressed. Overall a good time.

I enjoyed this round with my daughter, and we had a great time. The course was an excellent condition.
3rd player had to drop out
My 3rd player had a baby and it was to late to adjust the tee ti.me,through the app, so when i got to the course i told the guy and he said no nproblem, then i got charged for the round.
Beautiful bunkers and greens
Had an enjoyable round played in 3 1/2 hours. The greens were huge and the condition good. Bunkers were the best I've played locally at a municipal course. Fairways were wide and nice to hit from. Tee boxes wete5 a mess, some closed. Eaterview represents excellent value.
Best course in area
I haven’t played every course in the area. Just this one and Woodbridge. The course is far superior. It’s beautiful, a regular golf course, no rolling fairways. The greens roll true.
The greens had some dead grass here and there but nothing major.
Just enjoyed the heck out this course and it is the only one I will play going forward as my regular course.
Amenities….?
Course was in decent shape. Tee boxes are coming back, greens appear to have been punched within the last 2-3 weeks. They’re pretty slow and bumpy. To be expected though. Big issue with the course had nothing to do with the course. The laziness of the staff on a mid 90’s day in temp. No water on the course? Are you kidding me? And don’t claim COVID on this one. You’ve got rakes on the course and we can pull the flags, there should be water. Straight up dangerous with this kind of heat. And no beverage cart until 11? Played until 1. Never saw them once…..
Fast round!
The staff was nice enough to let me.skop ahead of a shotgun start that was epic slow and I finished in 3 hours 15 minutes. That said, had I kept my tee time it.would have been closer to 5 hours in 100 degree heat.
Greens are starting to fill in after being aerated I'm guessing 2 weeks ago and the fairways are running hard and fast. Sand has been topped off and in nice shape!
Challenging course, good layout, great staff, good conditions.
Great Layout, Weather Hurts
The layout is nice. It goes through a community. The course shows some signs, just like many, of the weather in the area. I am not an agronomist but it seems as though that the cold hurt some of the areas and the recent rains have made the rough, well rough. I will visit again. No one has control of the weather and this place would probably be 5 stars the middle of next week.
Go hit a few balls there. It’s worth it.
Greens
Greens have been aerated and rates are the same. That’s not good customer service. And no notice of this
