About
Rowlett’s first course has been laid out over a flat range of pasture, supplemented by 15 acres of lakes and over 1,000 new trees. Designed to be hacker friendly, the lack of mature trees provide an especially generous look and feel, tempting the mid-level handicapper to tee it up from the 7,191 yard tips and go long off the tee. Bent greens are the highlight of the round here–they roll true and provide solid opportunities to snake in a few long putts.
Getting there : Off of I-30 exit Dalrock Rd. and drive north through Hwy. 66. A half-mile past 66 veer left on Princeton, which dead-ends at Liberty Grove. Turn right into the Waterview division and take Waterview Pkwy. to the clubhouse

B-Lew Review
The fairways are starting to shape up really well. Greens are starting to come around. I would highly recommend playing this course.
The course was in great shape considering all of the rain we had.
Th course was great. However they did not honor the deal I bought from Golf Now. We had to pay $48:00+ instead of the $39:00 + tax I purchased from Golf Now. They did comp our Hamburgers. I feel if you purchase a deal the golf course should honor it.
Tee boxes
Course is in good shape except for the tee boxes are under repair. Obviously it is muddy as well.
Good course
I enjoyed playing this course. The course was in pretty good shape and it was beautiful. My only complaint is that the greens were pretty slow but I noticed they vericut them that morning for good maintenance.

Greens were in great shape, a little slow probable due to rain we have had recently.
Waterview
Course played long. Carts on cart path only. Did not get me off before a tournament so had to play thru to get to my pairings. Was on time. Range closed down and no water on the holes due to covid no cart girl working course
Good course for money
Course is undergoing some cart path repairs and has opportunity on some of the fairways with regards to patchy grass; however, overall good course.

Nice course for the value
Greens still not filled in for smooth roll or to hold breaks. Just a little jumpy yet. They're also very firm to hold approach shots. Requires more watering
Rehabbed course
Last year, Waterview Golf Course received a lot of love with all new greens and sand traps. Golf cart paths are also being re-constructed and the clubhouse will be getting much needed attention as well. This course is getting a lot nicer and even more playable. Very pleased.
All t-boxes have a lot of sand & little grass. Course needs to green up. Fairways also have bare spots.
Hole in one.
I finally got my first hole in one. It was the 2nd hole par 3
The course is in great shape faraway and also the greens.
Because of the high winds & middle of the week, the course was not crowded. Played in 3-hrs. Course needs to green up a lot more. Many bare spots. Greens are fast.
