Good layout. Sometimes they struggle with maintaining the greens and green complexes but overall a good value

Other than Marshall not speeding up a very slow beginner group I would say it's a nice place to play. Grounds were a 7/10.

Greens were super..(bent) definitely worth 30 bucks in the morning during the week. I would recommend to anyone. The traps were nice and we played in three hours!! Excellent service with no over the top service.. try it out

The course was in above average shape. The green were good and the layout was challenging enough. Staff was very courteous and the speed of play was good.

Decent round of golf for the money, but pace of play (even on a slow Easter Sunday morning) was typically slow, which seems to be the norm here. Greens were in good shape, but fairways (recently aerated?) were firm and needed some grass growth. All in all, it's not a bad track, but on a non-holiday weekend, expect a 5+ hour round.

Just moved to Dallas and have been trying to play a new course every time I go out, this was easily the best course I've played so far. Fairways and greens were in great condition, and pace of play was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

It has been a couple of years since I've played the course The front 9 and back 9 have been reversed, so if you use a gps watch you want to make sure you download the latest course. All holes are straight; but the hazards are strategically placed to make it a fun course to play. Somehow they need to find a way to prevent range balls from the 10th fairway.

Greens were in rough shape playing in February, but other than that it's a decent course for the price.

GREAT COURSE FOR YOUR MONEY. THE GREENS COULD HAVE BEEN IN BETTER SHAPE. SOME BUCKERS WERE LIKE CLAY. OTHERS WERE FLUFFY SAND.

The course was in pretty good condition but some greens were in winter shape, a bit patchy and bumpy. Waterview is nonetheless a solid course to play.

I've played this course numerous times and would consider it an average course. However, my last round was way below expectations. Poor management left people scrambling for a cart. I was still waiting for a cart after my tee time, while people teeing off 20 minutes later were given carts. The pace was horrible, no marshal. The fivesome in front of us caused huge bottle necks. The greens were in terrible condition.

A fun course to play. Generous fairways even for the high handicapped. Five sets of tees to choose from, including senior tees. Pick the correct set of tees, and you'll have a very pleasant experience plus it will be a lot of fun.

From the tips, black tees, it's all the golf you ever want. We played the senior tees,. From these tees, the hazards or not as much in play. Neither me or my playing companion lost a golf ball all day.

The layout is exceptional. All the hole holes are unique. The variety of layouts prevent boredom.

All this makes for a very enjoyable day.

The greens were atrocious when i played on 10/1 - they were in great shape the last time I played there about a month ago - very surprised and disappointed to find the huge dead patches, weeds, and generally uneven playing surface.. hard to understand how they were allowed to decline like that.

Back to this course for the first time in 5 years. Layout still very nice - they reversed the nines since 2011. Tees and fairways had good grass and turf was very playable. Saturday morning pace of play was decent (4:10), weather was perfect, and beverage cart was seen 4 times. Bunkers were a little thin but playable. Rate was fair for prime time. The only negative was......

The Greens. What happened? Every single green had dead areas of mud or sand. Aeration was irregular and awful. Not a single putt rolled true. Grass was 3/4" long in places. Bottom line, the greens kept this review from being much higher rated.

We had a good time despite the greens. Still like the layout, the sightlines, the open fairways, and the range. Will be back if they get the putting surfaces figured out.

Even the hot deal was not a good deal. The greens were ridiculous. I was unpleasantly surprised since they are usually good. The round took 4 1/2 hours...pretty slow.

It was a nice course, maintained well enough. It was very hot when we played and there's not much shade.

I usually play Waterview a couple times a year. I always enjoy the course and I generally team up with other players. My only wish would be that kept the grill open later or had a food cart. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Hit a hot deal because it was close, never played the course before. Very nice layout, everything is right in front of you.

Greens were in very nice condition, fairways were good considering junky weather lately.

Will not be the last time I play here.
