Executive at Seven Springs Country Club
About
Seven Springs Country Club in New Port Richey offers two golf courses, the Challenger and the Championship. The club conveniently sits just minutes from the scenic Gulf of Mexico beaches and attractions of Tampa Bay. The Challenger Course is an executive-length layout that offers the same challenges as the more demanding Championship Course but on a smaller scale. There are not as many water features on the Challenger but there is a large lake and a meandering creek that comes into play on several holes. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides. The layout offers a gentler version of the Championship that is more manageable for beginners but it is also a great quick round for more experienced players. It is even gentle enough for juniors to get in some short game practice.

Great time
Except for the course being a little wet from the night before everything was in good shape! Had a great time..... played like crap.... but had a great time!
Can't beat the price
Course was solid. Especially for the price. I look forward to going back. I have been playing most of my life and I took a person with me that has never played and we all had an awesome time.
A little off
Course was slow this day, no water and one bathroom not working!
Brit abroad
Packed with weekend golfers so pace of play was excruciatingly slow.
Enjoyable small course.
This course was great for a relaxing day of golf . The greens were in great shape and the fairways were manicured We had a enjoyable experience.
Good course for the money.
A very good course to work on your irons/short game. Some of the holes 'blended' together, and were challenging to find. Nevertheless, a good facility for a 4,200 yard course.
Very short course. No par 5's. Only 6 holes needed a driver.
Very narrow. Little to no rough because the course butts up against the back yards of the 7 Spring Villas. If you rolled off of the fairway on most of the holes, you were out-of-bounds. If you want to play a par 3 course with really short par 4's and narrow fairways, this may be for you. But if you want to play on a REAL course, try the Championship course at 7 Springs and you will not go away unsatisfied. You may want to slash your wrists because of your score, but you will be back to try again.
Try it; you'll like it!
Great course for working on your short game...harder than you think! We were a twosome and other players very gallantly allowed us to play through. Wonderful course etiquette! We played 18 in 2 hours - remarkable.
Great Deal
The challenger course makes for a fun pace of play. It was well maintained and the staff was very helpful as I had never played there before.
Great course whether beginner or advanced
Very playable, awesome greens, fantastic condition even for this time of year. If you want to toughen it up, don't use your woods, just your irons. Loved playing it.
