The fairways were great, the rough was a little thick. We lost several balls to the rough. You had to be right on top of your ball to find it.

The greens were fast and ran fairly true, however, they had lots of mowed down weeds on almost every green. The fringe on the greens seemed to be better grass, then thick rough around the fringe. Very tough to get a good lie even after a good approach. Great layout, lots of wildlife, deer, deer, deer, everywhere, and turkeys. I’d play here again, but cut down the rough a bit, it’s not the U.S. Open.

$20 tee time for a week day and I was pleasantly surprised. I usually have a day each week that I get off from work and this was the best course I’ve played in the Tampa area.

I play here from time to time. They are making improvements and it gets better and better. Fun course.

The course is challenging for only being 5900 yards or so from the blue tees. The rough around the greens or sides of the fairways will swallow a golf ball. You’ll spend 5-10 minutes looking for your ball if you are not in the fairway or on the green. So free drops since there aren’t any fore caddies to spot your ball. LOL Must be accurate or it will be a long round. In the FL heat, wish they had more water on the course. It was brutally hot the day we played. The greens were hard to decipher and really small. Some were slow and some were slick in areas. Some of them need some TLC. Other than that, the staff is great. The facilities, carts and beverage cart are all great. A great track and a good time.

Great staff, good pace of play, good greens (little slower than appeared), beautiful well kept, new carts, lots of wildlife. Better than most courses in Pinellas County (especially public).

Course is usually in good condition but after 4 days of rain it was very soggy and still had to play because they wouldn’t close the course

Been raining the last few days so the course was a bit wet. Bunkers had puddles but that is what rain does. Fairway were kept well and so were the greens. Love the layout of this course. Good variety of holes that challenge you. Got a great last minute deal on golf now, use my promo benefits and paid $13 for a round. Less than a bucket of range balls at most courses. Staff was great as usual and pace was fast. I love this course and recommend this to anyone.

Tee boxes in rough shape, fairways were decent. Greens were rough seemed as though they had been punched 2 months ago and still have yet to fully recover.

Pace of play was horrendous.

Crossing this one off of the list till I hear of improvement.

The loud is awesome. The greens are in better shape, but still not great. The fairways in tea boxes aren’t also not in good shape with the layout is amazing. The amenities are great and the staff are very courteous. Pace play was great. Great challenge for Golf.

Bad shape. Greens were punched and sanded weeks ago and then not brought back to playing condition. Tee boxes rough, fairways weeded. Greens bad, very bad. Never have I seen Cresent Oaks this bad in all the times I have played it through the years. Spending more money around tee boxes with plants and rock than the actual tee boxes.
