Fox Hollow Golf Club

Fox Hollow was in poor condition for the cost. No overseed and no water meant everything was dormant and dry. Fairways and tee boxes were bare and very difficult to hit off. These are bad conditions for peak season at the cost they charge, especially when other courses are creating much better conditions.

I have placed this track 5 straight years coming down on vacation, this will the last time. The condition of this course has seriously went down hill. Not even close to the money they are charging. Not a goat ranch, but far from it

An annual favorite, despite rather high greens fees and long drive from the beaches. Overall, well maintained relative to other courses here, and pace of play is decent. Several holes play very long, even from shorter tees

Course played long but multiple tee boxes to choose from. Course was in good shape.

Enjoyable three hour round at Fox Hollow Golf Course on February 15, 2026. The course was more or less deserted. I had a new tee off time, and well at the driving range I saw a twosome head off at about 11:15. Nobody teed off until me 30 minutes later (they sent me out early as a single). Moved quickly through the front nine, the twosome let me play through on the 10th hole. Completed my 18 holes in three hours and five minutes. Could’ve moved quicker, but I took my time on a few holes as I’ve never played the course before. The layout of the course is okay, resort style with a lot of water (which really doesn’t come into play on half the holes). Pro shop and starter staff were excellent. Unfortunately, a lot of dead grass, hard ground, and rock hard greens. So I give the condition of the course only three out of five. Nonetheless, my big complaint is it just simply is not a $140 a round golf course. But I enjoyed my round, had a few good shots, a few bad shots, and enjoyed the challenge of the 25 to 30 mph wind. I would play the course again, but not at $140. Wait to get the course on special.

Waited on EVERY tee. The GPS Cart said 55 minutes behind pace.

Considering the recent draught. This course is in great shape. Greens and fairways were great.

excellent tough layout and condition of the course is always top notch

The course layout is VERY challenging and definitely a course with better conditions would be very worthwhile.

Unfortunately the whole course is suffering from the cold dry weather. We played other courses in the area that are in better shape and have experienced the same challenging weather.

The “greens” are brown and HARD AS A ROCK.

The fees charged would be worth it in better conditions. But the way the course is now is definitely overpriced.

Would play again when it recovers and improves.

Great layout and staff are super friendly. But the course just hasn’t made it back from last year’s hurricanes. Fairways are burned out and greens are bumpy. When it’s fully healed it will be great. 7 minute tee time gaps don’t help though.

The course was in good shape considering the time of the year. The greens were extremely fast and in great shape. It has some challenging holes for sure. Price was right. In fact I turned around and played another 18 for $40,00 that day. I will put it on my list to play again. The staff was great and I was paired with a good group of long time members from Canada.
