Greynolds Golf Course
About
Formerly the site of a rock quarry, the par-36, nine-hole Greynolds Golf Course now shares the landscape with a hardwood hammock and mangrove forest that is one of the most well protected natural areas in northern Miami. The carefully preserved surroundings support an abundance of wildlife including several species of birds and rare, colorful butterflies. The golf course is part of Greynolds Park, which offers scenic camping grounds and numerous nature trails in addition to the golf course. There are also excellent opportunities for kayaking and canoeing thanks to the Oleta River, which runs alongside the east side of the park. Opened in 1964, the golf course has a traditional layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. More advanced players can enjoy a quick round while less experienced golfers can get in some good practice.

north miami greynolds
for nearly scratch and higher handicappers, necessary to hit all clubs in bag. So can be practice for all. Has no challenging rough - probably good for high handicapper, but provides no practice for this kind of shot
Course
I wish theystaff would have done the lawn maintenance prior to our tee time at 10am... They were driving all over the greens when you were trying to hit the ball.
Quick and easy course
This is great for beginners and anyone wanting to just get a quick 9 holes in. Most golfers were walking but carts are available too. Fairways in decent shape. Greens are wide and hard. No wildlife but beautiful trees. An enjoyable 2 hours.
First timer
I took golf lessons over the summer during this corona pandemic. I then went weekly to top golf the driving range. Today was the first time I played on a golf course. Greynolds park was a beautiful..... The workers were friendly. The golf carts worked great. End it was only nine holes, perfect for a beginner. As the park is so close to where I live I expect to go back.
Also using tee time/golf pass the prices were discounted and it is considered a bargain.
Old but good
Course is in excellent condition. Gene and staff are very accommodating Great course to walk and for beginners!
greynolds
kept up well for the price
appropriate penalties for missing fairway, not severe - was fairly easy course
Great 9 hole course. Ideal to get a good practice round.
For less than a big bucket of balls you get to play on a real course. Nice greens. Great to practice.
Very well
For the price is a great place to enjoy your game. Need a starter to get things fluently better. Overall a great experience for the price
Loved this experience. Raw golf and enjoyed every minute.
