Price is right for conditions
Tees and fairways are good but greens need work. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wil play again.
Soggy Mess
We played this course many times in the past, but had quit playing there due to couse condition being poor. We heard that things were better this year so decided to give it another try. We were very disappointed. The course was so wet it was difficult to walk out to your ball, which often was in a pool of water in the middle of the fairway. The mud was black and slippery. Our round took almost 5 hours due to the care we had to take while walking. We played CPO at a nearby course the day before in less than 4 hours. In addition the greens were full of crabgrass which often threw our putts off. There was no evidence of spraying or anything to correct this. I really hope they can work on the drainage problems and the greens before everyone quits coming again.

Great Course for a Challenge
Tough to rate on this rainy day, but typical course conditions have improved immensely in the past year or so. The staff is always friendly and professional. I golf here on a semi-regular basis. I love this course!
My Take
Due to rain the course was quite wet and muddy. The course is in much better shape than the previous year.
Will have to try again…
Not sure I can say this course is trending in the right direction.
I was more pleased with my last round, versus this round.
Could have been the pace of play that hurt us.
We had a twosome playing from the back tees, we could not understand why
great for a muni course
I love playing here. In the winter months, the corps can get a little dried out, but very playable. Super fast play and a friendly staff.
Fun day
After seeing some positive reviews I decided to give the course another try. My whole group had a great day and enjoyed the layout. Greens were a little slow for our taste but they were in great shape. I’ll definitely add this course back into my rotation.

A BIG DIFFERENCE TIME CAN MAKE.GREAT LAYOUT ,AND A BEAUTIFUL GREENS AND FAIRWAYS GIVE IT ATRY ONCE MORE
What a surprise
I have not played this course for 2+ years just because it was in terrible condition.. I read a view reviews, which, were positive and thought I would play again. I was totally amazed at the turnaround on the course. The tee box were very good the fairways were nice and the greens were putable. The only negative was the bunkers; they need sand. I talked to a greenskeeper and he said they will be attacking this next. I am very pleased and will put this course back on the list to play.
Great layout. Firm conditions allowed you to run shots into the green unlike a lot of courses in the area. Absolute steal for $20.
